use the hotel for business trip to university of manchester. second time after the first use of the hotel in 2018. location of the hotel is good for uom visit. breakfast was not bad, typical english breakfast buffet. the hotel is old, room is very small. had some issues with hair drier but solved issues after couple of visits to the reception.

맨체스터 대학교 기숙사에 있는 가족을 만나러 와서 선택한 호텔입니다. 기숙사와 호텔이 바로 연결되어 있는 점이 제일 좋았고 위치적으로도 전철역이나 주요 시내볼거리, 쇼핑센터와도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 방과 화장실도 깔끔하고 전반적으로 관리를 잘하고 있는 호텔입니다. 단, 옆방의 말소리가 들리긴 해서 방음은 살짝 약한거 같습니다.

This promises so much & delivers so little. Reception staff were pleasant. The pendulum was interesting. The food was mainly fried & not in a good way. Mattresses were soft but towels were clean and the room did have tea & coffee making facilities. Will not be staying again but you want basic no frills, this is the place. Be wary of the black table cloths at breakfast.

Hotel was out of the of shops etc Room was very basic Loud noise from rowdy people throughout the night. Scruffy area, wouldn’t stop there again

It was a last minute booking and for 5he location and price I was looking for it ticked all the boxes - between station and The Apollo. So much so I've booked for my next trip to Mancester visiting The Academy 2. Breakfast was great too. Hot or cold lots to choose from. Just two things - the whole building looked a little bit dated but was clean from what I could see with all the necessary facilities. Also, I struggled to enter the room with the key card but that may just have been me!

Room was basic, but nice enough, The mattress was very thin though, so much so that you could feel the bed frame below when sitting or lying on it. Location was good, only a short walk from Oxford road station.

Just a little impersonal. Stark lighting in the room. Bed not very comfortable. Breakfast was nice but odd, sitting on long tables.

Room smaller than expected. Good breakfast. Near to train station.

The staff is friendly. The loby is neat and clean.

Very comfy and convenient for the town and gay village .. breakfast is always a treat and not to be missed

A clean and functional place to stay near the Gay Village for Pride. The room was small but not ridiculously so. The shower was wonderfully powerful. But I couldn't come back - the room got very warm indeed overnight (it was August), with no air conditioning or fan. It was an uncomfortable stay.

Standardihuoneen koko todella pieni, parivuode kapea 120cm). Huoneessa oli todella kuuma, ikkuna auki kokoajan mutta ilma ei vaihtunut koska huoneessa ei ole mitään ilmanvaihto aukkoa. Muuten rahallinen hotelli, alue myös rauhallinen.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were very nice- although I missed black pudding and there was no Worcestershire sauce available... The hotel is clean but really shabby and quite run down.

I stay regularly although the shower gel is such that it’s best to bring your own. It’s an odd smell often.

My first visit was for a conference and I liked the hotel ambience, so I was eager to see what sleeping in would be like. The room I got was on the 5th floor and it had a great view. The room was clean and cosy. The shower was warm and nice and I love the breakfast. The only downside was that I paid £17 for it online but it was £9.50 at the hotel and I probably could pay less if I booked in person 24 hrs before. Overall I had a good time there and it had access to good shops and restaurants around. I walked to and fro the train station which was a major convenience for me.

Everything was so great. They addressed a remodeling project which turned out excellent. Our room is excellent. Nothing missing, great wifi.

Reasonable price for central Manchester. Very close to Piccadilly station.

Overall the stay was really good, staff and facilities were excellent.
