Staff were rude & don't smile at you.They only know common English words but when you ask for something,the order is always wrong because they don't understand English.The checkin staff doesnt smile or greet you at any point.The checkout staff will rip you off so be careful when you are paying because they over charged us.If you ever complain during your stay(for ex.they called my sister's room at 12:30Am two times to remind them that the checkout is at 12Pm next day).Imagine their kids woke up crying in the middle of the night & they had a hard time putting them back to sleep.So whenever you complain about something they did wrong(almost everyday),they never apologize or reward you by a small gesture such as example spa or anything small(other hotels would do way more to ensure guests have an amazing experience).Food was limited to 1 buffet and the 3 restaurants were packed always.One time we got a reservation & the 1st course came after 1.5hours.Even when you tip waiters(generously)they don't care & their service doesn't change.It's like everyone hates their job there & they are always tired not smiling.The only good thing about this resort was the entertainment team because they created a show every night & fun activities.Otherwise everything from staff,rooms,food,checkin and checkout experience were all a waste of money.We were a big group of family(almost 20)&we tried to enjoy with each other as much as we can.We are travellers and this was the worse all inclusive hotel
