한마디로 좋음. 공항가기가 조금 불편함

팔레르모를 여행하기에 좋은 위치였고, 숙소가 전체적으로 깔끔하고 편안함. 호텔 직원들도 매우 친절했음.

방에 들어가니 역겨운 냄새가 나서 환기 시켜놓고 나갔다오니 더 심하게 시궁창냄새가 났다. 도저히 잘 수가 없어 방을 바꿔달라니까 풀북이라며 확인차 사람 보낸다고.. 오더니 창문열고 선풍기 가져다 줄테니 그냥 자란다. 화가나서 항의끝에 방을 바꿔줬지만 아주 아주 불쾌한 경험.

방은 조금 작지만 가격대비 나쁘지 않은 호텔. 친절하고 서비스는 좋았으나 샤워실에 물이 잘 안내려가는것이 아쉽네요

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff who were willing and able to help with all of my queries. The location is just a few minutes from the shops and restaurants. It makes walking around very easy to do without getting lost.

We stayed in hotel for 3 nights, staff were excellent everywhere reception restaurant bar especially Tony and Guiseppe were so nice, we had drinks at bar and they make us feel so welcomed, and talked to us just great.. We already looking for next time when we travel to Italy and stay there … Really recommended

Hotel velho. bem localizado, porém difícil estacionar, quarto com cheiro de mofo e sem ventilação. Mas o mais importante, no site mostra diversas imagens de diferentes acomodações, e não especificamente do quarto locado

Hotel localizado próximo centro, porém distante da estação ferroviária, necessitamos alterar a reserva e não fomos atendidos.

Lo q no me gustó fue q la ducha del baño estaba muy sucia. Lo demás estaba bien

The hotel is in a good location. The only thing is the room had an odd smell maybe due to old carpet.

Very happy with the hotel

Let’s start from items that this hotel chain should consider fixing. Since we moved in for 6 nights, the floors were dirty all this time, with stains that felt uncleaned. Towels were old, worn out, ripped. TV offered NO English language channels. I reported this few times, nobody seemed to care. Extremely bad Wi-Fi, I reported this few times, nobody seemed to care. For the price they charge, it was quite bad experience. On the positive side. The room was comfy. Hotel staff friendly, we felt safe. Good location in respect to city center. Breakfast was also good, always fresh fruit and lots of more. Cafeteria staff makes real good coffee if you ask.

Very good location. A lot of noice from the outside. Woke up multiple times during the night due to this. Very bad breakfast. They only served cakes.

Quarto razoável, café bom, equipe excelente. Chuveiro da banheiro, precisa trocar, cortinas não fecha totalmente. O quarto que fiquei precisa de reforma. Boa localização.

The breakfast was good. They should put a ramp for the step in the breakfast room. We saw a man fall and thank God he didn’t break anything. The annex is so inconvenient to walk a block and 1/2 to go to breakfast. They should only put young people in the annex.

Das Hotel entspricht den Erwartungen an einem durchschnittlichen Kettenhotel. Eine Renovierung/ Instandhaltung würde nicht schaden, da die Einrichtung insgesamt ein wenig abgenutzt erscheint. Frühstück o.k. Das Personal war über die Osterfeiertage auf Grund des großen Andrangs überfordert, hat sich jedoch nach Kräften für die Gäste eingesetzt. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist verbesserungsfähig.
