I don't usually write lengthy reviews for resorts but I've decided to leave a detailed account of my stay at Belmond because my husband and I picked out this resort based on the high ratings on the Hotel.com reviews. First, the check-in process was pleasant and speedy. The reception staff, Blw was very welcoming. However, when we got to our cabin, we were very disappointed with the condition of the rooms. There was a dead butterfly on the living room floor, hair in the bathtub and cobwebs in the corner of bathroom ceiling. Also, on the first night of our stay, we couldn't sleep well because the pillows were smelly and the bed frame squeaked with every turns. Moreover, on the next day, we found out that only the half of the used towels were changed with fresh ones. As for the breakfast service, I was disappointed with the limited choice of menu and poor service. For example, when my husband had to ask more than twice to get his milk with his coffee. Finally, on the third day, I slipped and fell on the bathroom floor because the floor was too slippery. I ended up with a sprained ankle and bruises on my left buttock. I've notified the reception desk of the accident and asked for ice and some first aid products for the injuries. However, only a bucket of ice was sent to the room. None of the staff had asked us to see how badly I was injured.My husband and I love traveling in Thailand and we've stayed at numerous 5-star resorts in the past but by far, Belmond was the place ever.

Fantastic place and people. Amazing villas. Would highly recommend, although I understand it is closing for a 2 year renovation very soon.

Wie oft in Bewertungen erwähnt sehr schöne und ruhige Lage an Privatstrand mit immer freien Liegen. Strandhandtücher aber teils fleckig. Es ist aber schon alles sehr alt. Unsere Sea View Villa war schlecht isoliert und die Klimaanlage sehr laut und wenig effektiv. Wenn man sie, nachdem sie stundenlang eingeschaltet war, beim Betreten des Zimmers aufgrund der Lautstärke ausgeschaltet hat, war es bereits nach wenigen Minuten wieder stickig heiß. Dementsprechend schlechte Schlafqualität. Wir haben dies reklamiert, sie wurde gecheckt und es wäre alles in Ordnung. Als Entschädigung bekamen wir eine Flasche Wein. Das war nett, aber eine Klimaanlage, die der Preisklasse und einem 5-Sterne-Hotel gerecht wird, wäre uns lieber gewesen. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde uns nicht angeboten. Der Fußboden knarzt bei jedem Schritt und wenn man nachts aufsteht, ist der Partner sofort wach. Wenig Steckdosen. Es gibt keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit, auch auf der Terasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick nur 2 unbequeme Holzstühle (keine Liegen, keine Stühle mit Kopfstütze o.ä.). Das Gym war klein, spärlich ausgestattet und die Geräte teils defekt. Im Lai Thai Restaurant war man trotz mehrfacher Bitte nicht in der Lage uns ein nicht scharfes Fischgericht zuzubereiten. Warme Vorspeise und Hauptspeise wurden gleichzeitig serviert. Auch wenn sie Halbpension gebucht haben, müssen sie selbst für Wasser beim Abendessen 7-9 Euro pro Flasche bezahlen. 1 Flasche Wasser und 2 kleine Gläser Wein ca. 35 Euro. Das Frühstück

Personalen var otroligt trevlig och bra. Resorten var vacker och lugn, vi hade det toppen.

I had a wonderful stay at Napiness Beach Resort. The room was absolutely beautiful with back view — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The ambiance throughout the resort was peaceful and welcoming, with such a relaxing vibe from the moment I arrived. The added touches really stood out and made the stay feel extra special. Everything was incredibly clean and well cared for, and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the property looking and feeling its best. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, calm getaway in Thailand.

Staying at Napasai was the best decision ever! Beautifully designed resort with private beach that’s very clean and blue! And most importantly the personalized hospitality of the staff, especially Fresh and Ae! They truly made our stay special and even brought flowers to my daughter when she wasn’t feeling well. Thanks for a memorable holiday!

Veldig bra frokost, mye utvalg og nydelig frukt. De har en del å hente på lunsj og spes.middag. Nydelig sted og flotte bungalows, trenger renovering ( noe de skal begynne med i 2026 )

Veldig bra resort, men kunne med fordel ha et mer variert mattilbud.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great. We enjoyed the beach. We had no trouble getting from our villa to the resort center; the buggies always arrived promptly. Our particular residence was multi-level, with a lot of steps, and so should only be chosen by guests who are fully ambulatory. It was quite luxurious and had a full size pool, quite impressive and more than we expected. The scheduled on site activities and the spa were thoroughly enjoyed. The concierge assisted us with arranging off-site experiences and airport transportation.

Beautiful resort with friendly staff

Wunderschönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Ich bin noch nie so herzlich und zuvorkommend in einem Hotel empfangen worden. Der Service war einzigartig. Alles blitzsauber und ruhig. Zimmer groß und mit tollem Meerblick. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und für jeden ist was dabei. Auch das Restaurant bietet authentisch thailändische Küche zu fairen Preisen. Ich wäre am liebsten dort geblieben.

Mein Partner und ich haben in Napasai unseren Urlaub gemacht und waren überglücklich, dass wir uns genau für dieses Hotel entschieden haben. Die Lage ist ideal – nur etwa 20–30 Minuten von den Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem Flughafen entfernt.Im Hotel ist alles bis ins Detail durchdacht: Man kann kostenlos Fahrräder, Kajaks oder sogar ein Stand-up-Paddleboard ausleihen. Das Restaurant ist hervorragend, alles war sehr lecker.Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Hotelpersonal! Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln und echtem Wunsch empfangen, unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Alles war mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet.Auch der hoteleigene Strand ist einfach traumhaft – sauber, gepflegt und mit einem sanften, fast steinfreien Einstieg ins Wasser. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, und beim nächsten Mal kommen wir ganz bestimmt wieder!

A truly wonderful place. We stayed in a 2 bed villa which felt very private and was stunning. Tips - there are about 100 steps from top to bottom and the rooms don’t interconnect and are separate from each other but once you get your head round that it’s great. The pool is a good size and we loved the downstairs kitchen and sitting area by the pool. The main pool is vast with plenty of beds and we had dinner on the beach one night which was lovely. Nice cocktail bar by the pool at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
