에비앙 두번째 방문이었고 힐튼은 처음 묵었느데 건물은 오래됐지만 베란다가 아주 넓고 샤워수압도 쎄서 좋았습니다 조식도 무난했고요 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다

스위스 로잔 가기에 선착장이 바로 앞이에요 아침 조식도 훌륭했어요 역시 에비앙인지라 물도 에비앙으로 시원하게 마실수있었어요 주차장은 힐튼 주차장은 아니었지만 건물과 연결되어 있어 편했습니다 다음에 간다면 다시 묶고싶어요

무료 수영장 이용 깨끗하고 안락한 실내 편안한 서비스 만족스럽다 다만, 호텔스닷컴으로 조식 결제까지 했음에도 호텔측에서는 조식 결제 안 됐다고 체크인 체크아웃 할 때 돈 내라고 했다 호텔측의 문제인지, 호텔스닷컴 측의 문제인지 모르겠지만 당황스럽고 기분나쁜 경험이었다

레만호를 바라보는 풍광과 조식은 매우 훌륭했으나, 주차를 하는데 좀 애매합니다. 또한 보증금액을 너무 높게 책정하여 하루 300유로씩을 결제합니다.

LPGA 에비앙 마스터스를 하는 기간이라서 세계적인 골프선수들을 식당에서든 로비에서든 자주 마주치게 돼서 좋은 추억이 되었네요.

전망도 훌륭하고 아침 식사 도 아주 좋았습니다. 데스크 직원도 친절하고 friendly 하였습니다. 다만 객실 비치 에비앙 물을 벅어도 된다는 건지 cost내야 하는 건지를 직원 두명이 말이 달라 약간 혼돈...그래도 워낰 멋진 호텔, 친절해서 다음에도 꼭 가고 싶습니다.

호텔에머무는동안로비는계속공사중이어서엘레베이터를탈때마다불편했음.. 룸서비스로물을두병주문했는데40분걸린다며직접내려가서바에서사먹으라구했다.. 일하는직원들이영어로원활한소통이불가능한사람들이꽤있었음.. 방에서돈벌레발견..별다른조치두없고방도바꿔주지않음

we are 4 adults and 1 kid(5 years,free of charge). I wanted to book 2 twin rooms, but there was no room other than suite room. So we made a reservation junior suite room for 4 adults. I thought it would be enough to stay. However, when I arrived the hotel, they asked me to book one more room for 1 person. The room we booked is available to maximum 4 people. Of course they didn't inform this before. (They said they tried to call me, but i didn't have any call.) So We had one more twin room. But when I arrived my room, it was already made up for 5 people. There were 2 king beds and 1 single bed for my kid, kindly. I'm wondering why they prepared our room for 5 people, and how suddenly they've got a standard room that I tried to book, but I couldn't. + Junior suite room was clean. The amenity is my cup of tea. But standard room smelled really bad and terras was not well managed, clean. The environment of the hotel was good.

뭐 가격대비 그렇게 좋진 않아요 에비앙에서는 제일 좋은 호텔 같아요. 주변에 카지노 옆에 맛집 있어요 뽕듀가 맛나요.

먼저 이 호텔이 로잔이 아니라 에비앙에 있다는 점을 기억해야 함. 나는 로잔으로 검색하여 이 호텔을 선택했으나 에비앙에 있어 많이 고생했다. 그리고 주차는 공영주차장을 이용하는데 다소 불편했다. 또한 외진 곳에 있어서 늦게는 이용할 곳이 별로 없다는 점도 고려해야 한다. 가족 단위로 조용히 묶는다면 관계없으나 좀더 활기찬 거리 산책을 원한다면 선택하지 않는 것이 좋다

Fantastic location on the shores of lake Geneva. If the weather is good it makes the stay more special. Stayed in a deluxe room with lake view - lake view is very obscured due to the trees - what it really means is that you face the lake. Room was spacious and as expected for a Hilton. We arrived at 3pm and the manager wanted to check the room to ensure it was ready so we were given a free drink in the bar which was a nice touch. We only had to wait 10 mins so by the time we had our drinks the room was ready and our bags had been taken up We used the spa facilities which left us a little underwhelmed. It could really do with a refurbish. One of the bathrooms, the door frame was rotten and there were colonies of ants all over. Overall nice location, nice stay but certain areas need a revamp

Sehr nettes Team, super Frühstück und das ganze Restaurant war elegant und hübsch eingerichtet. Dazu gefiel mir der Garten und man hatte einen wunderschönen Seeausblick.

Accueil parfait, le hall est splendide et les chambre au standard d’un hôtel 4*. Nous avons dîner sur place, le service un peu dépassé par l’afflux de clients, malgré tout un service très professionnel et agréable ! On recommande !

La chambre est propre, les communs également. Accueil courtois, petit déjeuner soigné et complet, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Étonnant surprenant et dommage qu’il y ait du café lyophilisé dans la chambre dans un 4 étoiles.. au lieu d’un café en capsule ( plus qualitatif) que l’on retrouve chez les concurrents !

Lovely comfortable hotel. Spa was a little disappointing as sauna was being refurbed and Haman was not hot enough. However we were offered a free breakfast, which was very good 😊

The room was clean but had a funny smell and it was very noisy. The breakfast was poor for cleanliness as there were a lot of flies around the food and the service was not great. For the price it was an average stay.

Nossa estadia foi incrível!!

Chaque année à cette période je me rends à cet hôtel. Une vraie joie. Seulement , c’est la deuxième fois qu’un équipement n’est pas disponible pour travaux. Cette fois, le Hammam. Simplement prévenir… car je viens de Lyon pour ça.
