Amenities- our room was noisy due to a corporate event that was going to last until 12am and so we were moved to an inferior room which spoilt our stay. No offer of a refund of the difference until I had asked. The receptionist handling it was very polite and professional but her colleague was not nor was the check in particularly welcoming. The hospitality industry should be just that- hospitable but I found the level of customer care poor. Please be aware this hotel is used often for corporate events so the noise level could’ve an issue and access to areas ( Parlour room etc) might be limited. We wanted somewhere with good lighting to read our books but despite being a huge sprawling place there was nowhere. Breakfast was poor value with inferior offerings and coffee. All in all not a place I would use again

Countless options for breakfast and all very, very good. The many staff could have told the long line for coffee that there were other machines available. Otherwise no complaints.

Beautiful room, perfect for an overnight stay. Wish I had more time to use the many facilities!

Doesn’t look like the photos, not decorated for Xmas as per the instagram post and no Xmas package available as per instagram. Very expensive for the quality in the room

First class all the way round. IMHO Restaurant should have a Michelin star. The food is that good. Want to recognize Sorab our waiter fine attentive service. Alex a manager takes time with each customer to make sure needs are met. The breakfast is one of the finest I have ever had. Cannot say enough good things about this establishment. Six stars..really!

Lovely hotel - great check in staff

Great room, clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and decent size. The buffet breakfast and dinner is second to none at this price point, and the hotel grounds and surrounding area are beautiful and great for kids to run around. Would very happily recommend and go back for longer !

Amazing stay. Clean hotel, decorated in Halloween. Loved it. Food, staff, facilities were all great. Location fantastic. Only negatives: EV charge points didn’t work.

Room was tiny and had a sewage smell. It was single glazed, so very noisy. It was shabby in appearance.

The hotel was modern and clean with great facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for all the theme parks!

Lovely hotel. Very clean and welcoming. The pool was great and breakfast was onenof the best we've ever had. Only improvement would be the kids' bed. The fold out bed was not very stable and dipped in the middle.

Good quality food including all sorts of things from fresh fruit to eggs (scrambled or fried), sausages etc, porridge with all sorts of options, breads, cheeses, juices, everything!
