위치는 최고. 관리는 잘 된 편이나 호텔 자체가 오래된 듯 한 느낌이 있음. 주변 지역은 섬 최고의 환경. 풀사이드 그릴 식당은 생각보다 별로.

리조트는 낡지 않고 깨끗했으며 직원은 친절하고 조식 종류가 다양하며 맛도 좋았습니다. 그러나 룸 안에 나무로된 가구에서 개미떼 같은 벌레들이 다수 발견 되었으며 룸 온도는 25도 까지 조절할수 있는 에어콘만 사용되며 난방은 되지 않았습니다. 리조트 뒷편에 아주 작은 해수욕장이 있습니다.

I and my xhildren was satisfied with the hotel EXCEPT reception. The hotel staffs except receptionist was helpful and kind. They always tried to satisfy the needs of guest. Especially the staff at the christmas event was great. However the reception staff was not good enough. When I checked in, she said there were another booking but I didnt do. It was so late and my children were exausted after long trio. Thus I wanted to have a dinner and take a break quickly. But the check in delayed because of the booking problem. They even gave any appologies after that during 7 days I stsyed at the hotel.

Ridiculous reservation system for the hotel restaurants. It simply does not work. Always says everything is fully booked and tables are empty. People make reservations and they don't use them. Doesn't say a lot about the kind of people that stay here.

Hôtel incroyable, belles chambres spacieuses et propres, piscines et alentours superbes. Les animations en soirée sont vraiment top.

I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. We decided to upgrade to all inclusive on arrival which i would recommend due to the local town being limited for dining options. The dining on offer at the hotel was absolutely great and i couldnt fault it at all. The roon was spacious and clean but a little tired looking. I would have expected more minibqr items to be included with AI. The hitel is expensive but tge quality was spot on. We had the most relaxing lovely holiday

2nd year and still our preferred destination during the Winter. Only difference from last year was the Agave restaurant. Was fantastic in 2024, but the new 2025 menu was not up to Agave standard. Warm dishes served cold while the wines where hot. Already looking forward to come back to our favorite Meliá resort next year👍👌

The food was very average at best - except the nachos which were good! even the non buffet restaurants were average rather than amazing. Food was very bland. Staff were ok some lovely but most just doing their job. Often a wait to be seated Sustainability was not really featured as a priority which I would expect of any 4 star hotel in 2025. On the last night we found 2 huge cockroaches in our room- the response was to blame the near by banana plantation! We got a second room to sleep in but we had to suggest that… No compensation was offered. The music was awful The sun loungers were old and super basic with no lower angle as an option so seated or flat. The service around the adult pool was patchy On the up side it is aesthetically beautiful the spa was nice, and the weather was beautiful.

A return trip to a beautiful hotel, food is amazing and location for me to enjoy the peace and lovely scenic walks is great! I enjoyed the varied sports programme with excellent Pilates and yoga sessions daily ! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming making it a very enjoyable week in the sun for me

Schönes Design des Hotels, tolle Pools leider ist der Infinity sehr kühl, gutes Essen, man kann zwischen Buffet und Restaurant wählen, Meeresbuchten und kleiner Strand direkt vor dem Hotel, leider viele Mängel für ein 5 Sterne Hotel , wie kaputte Fließe in der Dusche, der Boden draußen im Restaurant weißt viele Mängel auf, die Liegen sehen nicht schön aus und leider hat es Feuchtigkeitsprobleme und es hat stellenweise gerochen

Amazing hotel. Incredible pools and views. Would recommend. The heated family pool was very cold, but after guests raised their concerns it was eventually resolved. The staff did their best to support us and accommodate us. Can’t thank them enough for helping to make it special.

Nach wie vor unsere Lieblingsunterkunft in Alcala. Leider in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise Möbel ziemlich veraltet in den Zimmern und im Speisesaal. Daher passt das Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis nicht mehr. Sonst alles super, Personal ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, egal um was es ging.

Stay clear - it all looks amazing from the outside and also the inside but the food in all restaurants is inedible - frozen / not fresh / awful awful food - my family didn’t eat all week we survived on crisps and chocolate bars and just about the breakfast was ok. Definitely not a 5 star hotel - if you have heard the saying champagne lifestyle lemonade pockets then this sums up the gran Melia.
