위치는 최고. 관리는 잘 된 편이나 호텔 자체가 오래된 듯 한 느낌이 있음. 주변 지역은 섬 최고의 환경. 풀사이드 그릴 식당은 생각보다 별로.

리조트는 낡지 않고 깨끗했으며 직원은 친절하고 조식 종류가 다양하며 맛도 좋았습니다. 그러나 룸 안에 나무로된 가구에서 개미떼 같은 벌레들이 다수 발견 되었으며 룸 온도는 25도 까지 조절할수 있는 에어콘만 사용되며 난방은 되지 않았습니다. 리조트 뒷편에 아주 작은 해수욕장이 있습니다.

I and my xhildren was satisfied with the hotel EXCEPT reception. The hotel staffs except receptionist was helpful and kind. They always tried to satisfy the needs of guest. Especially the staff at the christmas event was great. However the reception staff was not good enough. When I checked in, she said there were another booking but I didnt do. It was so late and my children were exausted after long trio. Thus I wanted to have a dinner and take a break quickly. But the check in delayed because of the booking problem. They even gave any appologies after that during 7 days I stsyed at the hotel.

The hotel was stunning everywhere was nice and clean, only thing I experienced was lack of vegetarian or continental options

We have stayed here many times before but this was the first time we were disappointed with our visit. The property itself is good with comfortable rooms and a lovely outdoor pool. However, the service fell below what we would expect at this price point and based on our previous experiences. Each day at breakfast, we were not offered coffee as before, and had to make it ourselves. At one evening meal, we had to get a high chair for our baby ourselves despite asking the staff for it 3 times. I had arranged with the staff for a cake and candle for my wife's birthday in advance and this did not happen. I brought this to guest experience the next day who promised they would make sure it happened that night. It did not. We brought up all these issues on check out and were promised a phone call from a manager that day which again did not happen. We were left very disappointed with the level of service from an expensive resort and we will not be going back.

Staff are super kind Room was clean Bar too expensive ( 6 euro for a cup of tea, $16 euro for frozen drinks) for no reason while you are already paying for 5 star hotel stay

Couldn’t fault the staff or the property, restaurant booking was difficult and frustrating, menus limited. Pool areas lovely, as was the room. The worst thing however were entitled rude guests, I feel for the poor staff having to deal with them. Just because you have a bit of money to afford nice places doesn’t mean you have to behave badly! One particular woman needed a personality transplant, all she did was moan and walk around with a miserable face!!

Hemos pasado 3 noches increíbles en este hotel. Éramos una familia de 8 y reservamos 3 habitaciones. El hotel es muy grande y cuenta con unas instalaciones increíbles y con muchos rincones para encontrar tu lugar favorito. El personal es lo que hace que este hotel sea tan especial. Un gran equipo que se han volcado en organizarnos unas vacaciones idílicas, reservando los restaurantes y sabiendo aconsejarnos a la perfección lo mejor para nuestro grupo. Contar con el Red Level de Melià para familias fue una sorpresa y es muy recomendable. Los alrededores del hotel y el pueblo de Alcalá están muy bien. Ir a ver los atardeceres cada día es casi obligatorio.

Equipe mal treinada e confusa, reservaram a nossa mesa no restaurante errado e não conseguiram resolver a situação. O sistema de reserva de restaurantes do hotel só libera a reserva com 48h de antecedência, e alguns não tem disponibilidade, ou seja, nos primeiros dois dias da hospedagem não conseguimos reservar o restaurantes (e a reserva é obrigatória). Tinham muitas pombas no restaurante do buffet, que ficavam circulando entre as mesas e voando perto da comida. A qualidade da comida dos restaurantes, no geral, é ruim. Alguns funcionários são muito mal educados e grosseiros, principalmente a garçonete Nati do restaurante Agave. A sauna e a piscina do spa também só podem ser acessados pelos hóspedes mediante reserva, e só havia disponibilidade para 3 dias após a data solicitada. Alem disso, o hotel cobra para a utilização da sauna.

Fine resort, just uncomfortable beds

So as an overall, we think the hotel is very nice. The setting, swimming pool, facilities are good. The reason why we only gave it 3/5 stars is because I think there are a few things lacking. Our stay includes the breakfast, the variety is good but the quality could be better. Some things were good but others like the sausages and bacon are not of great quality. The other thing is that the staff are not that well train, some were good and others pretty bad. the cleaning of the rooms are generally not very clean. The hotel has a lot of potential and if they get the staff more well trained overall and improve the food quality then it would be much better. Although we went to oasis restaurant, the food was very good

The room cleaning was a bit average. After cleaning each day, floors are still dirty. Noticed they don’t hoover but instead uses a mop which looks rather dirty. After clean, floors still makes my feet dirty. Breakfast has good variety but quality not great but overall ok. Staff not trained well, some are good but general saying hi when they see you not always the case. Staff doesn’t always know things and answer your questions.

Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn man sucht, findet man immer etwas zu kritisieren. Auch hier ist nicht alles perfekt… wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel für einen erholsamen, angenehmen Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet, die Anlage ist sauber und gleicht zum Teil einem Park mit Palmen und verschiedene andere exotische Pflanzen. Die Abendunterhaltung leidet ein bisschen bedingt durch die Architektur des Atriums mit (zu) vielen Wasserspielen, was sonst einen schönen optischen Eindruck hinterlässt. Die Preise in den Restaurants fand ich zu hoch. Es gibt aber viel Auswahl: Italienisch, asiatisch, mexikanisch… Für Spa haben wir keine Zeit mehr gehabt, werden aber Aufpreispflichtig viele Anwendungen angeboten. Familien mit Kindern werden gut von den „Adults“ getrennt. Ein zusammentreffen findet dann beim Frühstücken… Extra Bereiche nur für Erwachsene sind ruhig und stressfrei. Die Strandpromenade ist mit dem Areal durch eine „Schleuse“ verbunden. Es gibt Natural Pools und Sandstrände für das Badevergnügen im Meer, unweit des Hotels.

Zimmer hatte Schimmel, wurde teilweise übermalt. Dass man eine Familie mit Baby in ein solches Zimmer einquartiert, ist nicht tragbar. Nachdem alle krank wurden, hat man uns in ein „besseres“ Zimmer geupgraded - direkt unter einem der Hauptstränge der Lüftung. Das Zimmer hatte eine Küche, welche komplett nutzlos war (kein Geschirr, keine Utensilien) und diverse Teile wie bspw. Türgriffe und Spiegel sind lose. Armaturen verkalk und/oder oxidiert. Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, teilweise aber auch faul und abgelenkt. Die Leute von der Guest Experience und ganzen Promoter mit ihrem Gelabere rund um Melias Zweiklassen-Konzept („Red Level“, „Circle“) waren unausstehlich. Richtig unauthentisch, aufgesetzt und auf sehr unangenehme Art und Weise aufdringlich.

Overall I would rate this property at 3.5 stars. Unfortunately, my wife and I were not overly impressed with a property condition, restaurants variety including table reservation system, lack of personal touch in terms of service, room location, limited options in terms of entertainment, level of prices. Having said that, location is perfect, front desk staff were very helpful.
