소렌토에서 상당히 떨어진 바닷가에 위치함, 시내버스나 대중교통으로 접근하기 어려움, 호텔에서 소렌토 시내까지 무료 픽업서비스를 제공하지만 일요일의 경우 서비스를 제공하지 않음. 소렌토에서 택시를 이용하거나 1시간 정도 걸어야 함. 호텔을 직접 찾아가기는 매우 어려움, 외진 바닷가 조그만 어촌에 자리잡고 있음, 주변에 수퍼 등 편의 시설은 없음. 조식은 훌륭함. 바닷가라 경치는 괜찮은 편임.

호텔에서 픽업을 해주지 않으면 택시밖에 없어요 역에서 멀어요ㅡ조식도 괜찮고 룸상태도 괜찮은데 교통이 불편한게 흠이네요

This hotel has a unique and authentic location but is not near the main Sorrento attractions, so logistics are challenging… especially for boat trips. The attached restaurant and dining/ drinking options were solid. The front desk staff is not great at communicating details which led to timing and cost complexity a few times. The “family room with a partial sea view” was simply a misrepresentation. There was no sea view from our room. It was a view of trash cans. And the room in general was low quality…considering the price.

Private beach and restaurants were amazing. Easy shuttle service. Quiet with the best view. Easy access to downtown and bus station.

This is like an exclusive club, off the beaten path. There is a private beach and breakfast was included with our stay. The benefit is that it is not crowded at all and you get a very personal feel. The downside is that it is not within reasonable walking distance (about an hour) from the main Sorrento area and getting a taxi is pricey and can be challenging. The hotel is literally located on a beach (lovely water), but come prepared to walk on a very rocky shore and for the black sand to be everywhere. Our room was located on the outer part of the hotel, so noise was definitely an issue. We could hear everyone who walked by our room loudly, keeping us up late at night and waking us up earlier than we liked in the morning. The walls are also very thin, as we could hear the entire conversation of our neighbors clearly word for word throughout the night. There were plenty of food options right there on the beach and the staff were all wonderful. If you want to escape the crowds and don't care to leave the hotel area, this is a great place to stay.

My stay at baia di puolo were awesome. From reception to housekeeping staffs all brilliant. Sara,is an excellent staff to the hotel 👌 personality great, helpful and full of life, amazing!! I will come back🙂😍 The staffs at the restaurant are doing there job, not much to choose from, though, Buffet breakfast. I had dinner at Capuozzo restaurant excellent customer service. It's exceptional. Octopus Salad, refreshing 😋 😍

Beautiful seaside resort

Lovely people working at the hotel, friendly and fun. It's a small local community based in the bay, who all look out for eachother and keep it well (sometimes you need to charm them! 😄) Great location for beach access and secluded. We visited whilst the 300 festival happened and were involved with all the locals, their food, culture and music. We all had a dance. You need a moped otherwise you will be dependent on a bus, which aren't great and always busy. Otherwise long walks await. The rooms do exactly what you need, sleep. Any other time you should be outside adventuring. Thank you for having us n for the fun. Jake & Sacha

The property is an absolutely wonderful, very desirable location,right on the beach. The breakfast provided is an awesome, authentic italian breakfast. Do not expect an american breakfast. No bacon eggs french toast or pancakes. The staff is absolutely wonderful and most helpful with directions, planning or anything else you may need. The rooms are awesome and very comfortable. The views are unbelievable. Also a great gateway to explore Amalfi, Pompeii, Capri i mean many other hidden treasures.

Terrible experience overall. As a solo female traveler, I felt like a second-class guest. The staff were generally disrespectful, impatient, and unhelpful. Very few employees spoke English, and communication was extremely difficult throughout my stay. The worst experience happened at a restaurant where I planned to have dinner. Due to a misunderstanding with my order, a staff member apparently entered it incorrectly. An older man from the kitchen then came out carrying a huge fish and loudly insisted that I had ordered it and needed to finish it. The fish was the size of my arm. I repeatedly explained that I was dining alone and had not ordered such a large meal, but he kept arguing. The entire restaurant was staring at me, and it was one of the most embarrassing moments I have experienced while traveling. When I refused to accept the fish, they brought me an uncooked fish fillet instead, which I did not eat. I left the restaurant feeling belittled, embarrassed, and hungry, yet I was still expected to pay the bill. The experience upset me so much that I skipped breakfast the next morning and left a day early. Beyond the restaurant incident, the staff throughout the property were rude, impatient, and unwilling to explain things. Accessing the hotel was also difficult, requiring a strenuous 30-minute walk over steep hills. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

La limpieza del hotel es excelente, el personal sumamente amable, el acceso a la playa y la vista es espectacular. El acceso es un poco difícil, no es tan cerca del centro de Sorrento, pero vale completamente la pena.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. The room itself was comfortable, although the beds were a bit firmer than my personal preference. One downside was the view from our room, which looked directly into another room that was very close by, limiting privacy and scenery. Additionally, there was a vent located near our room that emitted an unpleasant odor- thankfully we didn’t smell it in the room- but it detracted from the overall experience. Despite these issues, the hotel was nice overall, and we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem. We were a little concerned when we got to the parking lot and found that we needed to be transported by golf cart to the hotel. It was a steep ride but so much fun. The cove where the hotel is offers spectacular views with plenty of restaurants and beach. Our hotel room was waterfront and just a dream view from our huge balcony. Getting into town was a short golf cart ride to the bus stop and quick ride to the Main Street in Sorrento for shopping, restaurants and ferry. Highly recommend.
