This was a delightful stay. Staff was, to a person, accommodating and pleasant. The room was beautifully furnished with lovely pieces. Airy and large. The breakfast hall was baroque-fancy complete with frescoes on the ceiling and a splendid flag of Naples. Breakfast itself was a generous buffet with all sorts of pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurts, and excellent coffee. Bar service on the terrace was casual and efficient. The location is near so many bars and restaurants that if we had stayed a month we wouldn't have been able to sample them all. I'd happily stay there again.

Lovely hotel in a former palace, with accommodating staff, clean as can be. BUT if you’re driving a car it’s impossible to access, and Naples is dirty and defaced. Overpriced touristy restaurants as well. Wish the hotel was in another city

Excellent hotel in center of old Naples. Don't let the street view misguide you. The interior as marvelous along with really helpful staff. Also had the best doppio as breakfast and yes, the breakfast was really good in overall

Location is good for old town area . Couple nights are good . Whole area is too old . Worth to visit for couple of nights .

Excellent location. Beautiful property and amenities. Breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. You wouldn’t know from the outside but it was stunningly beautiful inside and we would recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. On a quiet street but close to the center of the old town. Very unique historical building with large room and great breakfast

Fun getting to amongst the alleyways of Naples. Easy to walk to restaurants and bars. Also walkable to Naples Archaeology museum. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was lovely and the staff was amazing friendly and very helpful.

There are many positives and very few negatives, but the negatives far tip the balance of the overall value and feeling we had. My wife and I flew into Milan for 8-days where we already had a nice hotel booked and paid for, however due to poor weather we decided to take a high-speed train to Naples for 2-nights. We had checked into our hotel in Milan, it was nice and very much had working air conditioning. Upon checking into our room in Naples we had NO working air conditioning. We called the front desk where I was expecting an explanation about how the local laws prevent the use of air conditioning in public spaces, but instead was told "we see the air is on and working". I confirmed it is indeed one, but NOT working. They said "WE WILL LOOK INTO IT TOMORROW".... which they never did. We didn't even need air conditioning, we just needed circulation of air as the room gets hot and stuffy without air moving around the room. SO the solution? Well what we thought was a window was not, but rather a shared balcony with the next door room. We were able to open our door to allow cool air to come into the room which was fine that first night, but the second night was a MAJOR problem. The second night the noise never ended outside--partying, loud cars, SMOKING. Finally at 2am, we angrily got up to close the door. We did not sleep much at all. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again, no matter how friendly the staff was, how good the breakfast was, etc. NOT acceptable!

Bed was very uncomfortable

Breakfast was amazing. The only complaint was that the garbage pickup was very early morning and the room is not soundproof so we were woken up by the street noise before 5 am both mornings

Great location near the action but quiet street. Lovely historic property with character. Breakfast room charming and breakfast was great. Bathroom a little challenging for 6 ft 5 spouse with open shower but other than that, no complaints.
