가격대비 만족하였고, 늦은 시간 체크인에 감사드립니다. 엘리베이터가 없어 23호실에 무거운 짐을 옮기는 것이 조금 힘들었지만, 나머지는 넓은 침실과 화장실, 욕실을 2일간 잘 사용하였습니다.

Amazing and easy to locate, lovely and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast meal

Easily accessible, easy check in and out. Noise of diners in evening noticeable but not annoying. Be aware breakfast seems yoghut-free despite menu offering it.

After a poor start with confusion regarding our booked room, the stay was fine. Only fault we could find is the pressure in the shower, its not great! Room was large and 4 poster bed is a nice touch.

Nice central place to stay, on bus root to Bath, Plenty of parking, bathroom had no blind, needed one really, breakfast was nice but on a budget, eg no toast, very small cup coffee, yogurt served in very small pot, no butter for croissant, small cooked breakfast, staff all friendly

Use this hotel for years and it's just as good as it was years ago staff polite breakfast is very good ; rooms very clean parking free on the property if they are not doing food at night the pub across the road is and they supply plates if you want a takeaway

Good place, clean, free parking good beds and breakfast. After hours check-in worked exactly as expected. Would stay again.

Easy to find, nice large room and very friendly staff. Was able to park in their small car park easily. Room serviced daily. Plentiful towels and was warm in a cold snap. Shower/ bathroom but old fashioned- and water pressure lacking so unable to wash hair easily

Location is perfect, close to lots of things to do and see. The staff are all very nice and friendly, can't folt them at all. The room we stayed in could do with a bit of an upgrade in the bathroom and a freshen up but it was still a nice enough stay. Food was beautiful, dining room was very clean and nicely presented. Would highly recommend.

As said before such a lovely friendly hotel. Staff are great. A little old but clean and crisp bedding. Amazing breakfast. Would recommend.

Easy parking, non manned reception, mattresses uncomfortable, pillows lumpy, road noise never ending. Needs secondary glazing and blackout curtains. Good heating and massive tv.
