My friends and I had a good stay. The two bedroom suite was spacious and clean. A/C was good too. Kitchen utensils were provided as well. Since parking was already full,they offered valet for free. I hope they consider designated smoking area soon.

Unitnya cukup bersih dan stafnya sangat ramah, tapi untuk perokok sangat sangat tidak direkomendasikan untuk menyewa unit di sini. Sangat tidak ramah bagi perokok, tidak menyediakan smoking area walaupun di luar area gedung dan denda untuk merokok di dalam unit seharga unit yg disewa, sangat mahal. Untuk restaurant sangat oke dan harga makanan cukup murah.

Check-in was smooth and pleasant. The room was clean and everything was in working order. Our stay was pretty enjoyable!

full serviced hotel! they have full kitchen set very good! clean, they also provide shuttle bus service to nearest mall, very helpful! all staff are friendly and nice, fast service everytime I called the operator! they provide all of my needs from bubble bath, band aid, adapter, and even scale for luggage! definitely will stay here again if I go back to manila

Attended a seminar that was also held in Astoria, hence the overnight stay. Staff from doormen, elevator person, attending front desk when I registered for check in and all staff at the seminar hall - all very pleasant, well mannered, attentive (and particularly at the seminar hall - all full of initiative). Food served was also good. A few very disappointing matters: (1) bathroom of the unit we were given - not very clean and the drain was clogged. Very inconvenient; (2) hallway leading to the room - foul odor likely because of meals being cooked in some unit; and, (3) this lady at the front desk (Kaye, I think was her name) - totally disappointing. Raised a complaint against her with Bernard, Front Desk Supervisor, and Monina, Customer Service Officer. Our seminar will have a continuation next week, Thus (March 8) and Friday (March 9). My husband booked 2 nights (March 7-9) so will be conveniently at the venue for the 8AM start. However, I am quite anticipating already being disappointed. This is not a good sign.

The place is good. Great breakfast buffet. Small swimming pool. Limited TV channels inside bedrooms. Only the living room TV has Netflix (other smart TV apps). Remote control not working properly. Slow internet connection. Really have to follow up bubble bath request.

We booked for a 2 bedroom suite for my mom’s birthday and the suite didn’t disappoint. It’s really spacious. Master bedroom has a king bed, floor to ceiling curtains, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a bath tub, hairdryer, weighing scale, and a huge window! There’s a note that should you need bubble bath for the tub, you may call housekeeping and they’ll give you complimentary bubble baths. The other room has 2 twin beds, own flat screen TV, generous closet space and same huge window with floor to ceiling curtains. The suite has another t&b (common), gorgeous sofa in the living room, dining room, kitchen and service area. Kitchen has a new ref and complete cooking facilities however there’s no dishwashing liquid and scrub available. When I asked housekeeping why, they said guests may call them so that a hotel personnel may come and wash it for you. You can literally live in this suite. We loved our stay here. The check in was quick and hotel staff were quick to assist us with almost everything. Buffet breakfast is okay - we’re disappointed they don’t have fried/garlic rice. Hot choco is so creammy. Long wait for elevators

Very spacious rooms that's fit for family bonding. Hope they add more pans and pots and a rice cooker in the future.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was very spacious, cool, and good for staycation. Utensils were also provided for cooking and dining. It is near to the shopping malls and shuttle service is available.
