Staff was very polite and kind. Room was clean and spacious. Elevator needs to be improved, Food at the restaurant was good though service should be improved.

Yes the room was spotless and the staff were courteous.

I did not have breakfast at Romulo because I had dinner at Romulo on the first night.

The kitchen is spacious with complete kitchen ware and appliances to use and clean however we did not have to cook.

This is our second year staying at Astoria. Our family of 5 stayed last year too. We got a 2 bedroom suite and paid for breakfast everyday and even met family there to celebrate my husband’s birthday at Astoria Cafe. They have great and friendly staff, meal buffet all day as needed and you can even arrange an airport shuttle at a reasonable rate. If you set your expectations regarding the build quality it meets the propose of our stay. A convenient place to be near family in Ortigas, a place near malls, access to the mall and a great base to meet friends. Don’t hesitate to book here. It’s clean. Elevators are quick. It’s dated but the friendliness of the staff and the amenities make up for it. You can even exchange dollars at the front desk for pesos, you’re just limited to $200/day. Our stay came with parking. They offer scheduled shuttle to the malls that we get to try. We will book with Astoria again :)

good value for the money paid

Overall, this was a good property. The staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the hotel is located in a very busy area, which made traffic quite challenging most of the time.

Stayed for few days in Astoria 2 BR suite with family. The suite is quite spacious and comfortable and clean. The entire staff were all very courteous and welcoming. SPECIAL THANKS to the hotel manager MS. BON for quickly resolving the booking misunderstanding with Expedia. She truly heard and promptly resolved our concern and even gave us rice cake “bibingka” on our last day! Will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends!

THE STAFF ARE ALL EXCELLENT & CONDO IS SUPER BUT INCONVENIENT

Excellent one bedroom suite with full kitchen. Great staff especially bellman Ryan. Great food in restaurant. Staff always checked to make sure you had everything you needed.

Our experience at Astoria Plaza was superb!!! We encountered no difficulties with our late check-in. The main bedroom boasted floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen was fully sized, and the dining and living areas were roomy. The staff and service were exemplary. Buffet offered so many choices. Hotel also offers shuttle service to and from the airport for a small fee but to go to SM MegaMall and Shangrila Plaza is complimentary. To all the staff of Astoria Plaza, especially Joanna, Robert, Christian, Edward only to name a few THANK YOU for making our stay very comfortable and worthwhile.
