エレベーターがなかなか来ない。

I was worried about the noise outside, but overall it was very good.

ゴキブリがよくでる。エアコンの効きが悪いだけでなく、誇り臭い。11連泊したが、部屋の掃除が数日に一回であった。

エアコンが古くうるさかった。ロビーと玄関狭く、騒がしいお客がおおく、落ち着かなかった。

フロントの対応も早くて良かった。フィリピンでは10箇所くらいに泊まっているが最高レベル。客室も清潔で広かった(2ベッドルーム泊)。プールが狭くて残念。

One bedroom suiteを予約。運良くTwo bedroom suiteが割り当てられた。シングルベッド二つだったが、くっつけるとKingと同じサイズなので快適。リビングは広々としており、且つ清潔。然し、お湯が出ないのと部屋に向かう通路が古くて汚ない。ホテル周囲にはショッピングモールが無く、ミニストップ以外に役に立つ店はあまり見当たらず。歩いて6～7分のカミル・ヴェルデ通りにマカティのように綺麗な飲食店街が出来たし、更にその近くのWest Capital Driveにもいくつか気になる飲食店があるので楽しみもあるが、もう少し予算を取ってOrtigas Centerの中心街に泊まった方が良かったと感じた。

Staff was very polite and kind. Room was clean and spacious. Elevator needs to be improved, Food at the restaurant was good though service should be improved.

I did not have breakfast at Romulo because I had dinner at Romulo on the first night.

The kitchen is spacious with complete kitchen ware and appliances to use and clean however we did not have to cook.

This is our second year staying at Astoria. Our family of 5 stayed last year too. We got a 2 bedroom suite and paid for breakfast everyday and even met family there to celebrate my husband’s birthday at Astoria Cafe. They have great and friendly staff, meal buffet all day as needed and you can even arrange an airport shuttle at a reasonable rate. If you set your expectations regarding the build quality it meets the propose of our stay. A convenient place to be near family in Ortigas, a place near malls, access to the mall and a great base to meet friends. Don’t hesitate to book here. It’s clean. Elevators are quick. It’s dated but the friendliness of the staff and the amenities make up for it. You can even exchange dollars at the front desk for pesos, you’re just limited to $200/day. Our stay came with parking. They offer scheduled shuttle to the malls that we get to try. We will book with Astoria again :)

good value for the money paid

Overall, this was a good property. The staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the hotel is located in a very busy area, which made traffic quite challenging most of the time.

Stayed for few days in Astoria 2 BR suite with family. The suite is quite spacious and comfortable and clean. The entire staff were all very courteous and welcoming. SPECIAL THANKS to the hotel manager MS. BON for quickly resolving the booking misunderstanding with Expedia. She truly heard and promptly resolved our concern and even gave us rice cake “bibingka” on our last day! Will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends!

THE STAFF ARE ALL EXCELLENT & CONDO IS SUPER BUT INCONVENIENT

Excellent one bedroom suite with full kitchen. Great staff especially bellman Ryan. Great food in restaurant. Staff always checked to make sure you had everything you needed.
