My friends and I had a good stay. The two bedroom suite was spacious and clean. A/C was good too. Kitchen utensils were provided as well. Since parking was already full,they offered valet for free. I hope they consider designated smoking area soon.

full serviced hotel! they have full kitchen set very good! clean, they also provide shuttle bus service to nearest mall, very helpful! all staff are friendly and nice, fast service everytime I called the operator! they provide all of my needs from bubble bath, band aid, adapter, and even scale for luggage! definitely will stay here again if I go back to manila

Attended a seminar that was also held in Astoria, hence the overnight stay. Staff from doormen, elevator person, attending front desk when I registered for check in and all staff at the seminar hall - all very pleasant, well mannered, attentive (and particularly at the seminar hall - all full of initiative). Food served was also good. A few very disappointing matters: (1) bathroom of the unit we were given - not very clean and the drain was clogged. Very inconvenient; (2) hallway leading to the room - foul odor likely because of meals being cooked in some unit; and, (3) this lady at the front desk (Kaye, I think was her name) - totally disappointing. Raised a complaint against her with Bernard, Front Desk Supervisor, and Monina, Customer Service Officer. Our seminar will have a continuation next week, Thus (March 8) and Friday (March 9). My husband booked 2 nights (March 7-9) so will be conveniently at the venue for the 8AM start. However, I am quite anticipating already being disappointed. This is not a good sign.

The place is good. Great breakfast buffet. Small swimming pool. Limited TV channels inside bedrooms. Only the living room TV has Netflix (other smart TV apps). Remote control not working properly. Slow internet connection. Really have to follow up bubble bath request.

Property only accepts guests (“essential travellers”) approved by the government under GCQ. Accomplished documents will be asked from booked guests(ex. Health Declaration Form).

Only single up to double room occupancy is allowed per room. Couples or family members who share the same household may be allowed in double or twin occupancy rooms.

Maximum of 2 children 12 years old and below sharing bed with parents are free of charge on accommodation, but not inclusive of buffet breakfast.
