The staffs were amazaing! I got here earlier than the time I should check in but they let me get a room and even provided mea breakfast. U might have to walk for some time from the center of Florence but the area where it places is calm and not packed. I liked the room, especially bathroom. I would happily stay here again when I visit Florence.

좋았습니다. 스탭도 친절하시고 우피치가 코앞이었어요. 그러나 역에내려 걸어가기는 먼 위치입니다. 생각보다 싱글룸이 작았지만 난방이 잘되서 편했어요.

직원들이 밝고 친절했습니다. 엘리베이터가 없는데 3층(한국 기준 4층) 이라 오르내리기가 좀 힘들었고, 시설은 좀 오래된 편입니다. 그래도 오래된 데 비해 욕실은 상당히 깨끗하고, 방도 깨끗했습니다.

직원 두 분이 엄청 친절하셨는데 형제분이라고 합니다 미소 띤 얼굴과 유쾌한 목소리는 기분 좋게 해 줘서 이 다음 피렌체 가면 또 들릴 것입니다

The most helpful stuff in this hotel. Made us feel very comfortable all the time

The hotel staff here were so helpful. They went over what not to miss in Florence which takes extra time, so we highly appreciated this. We discovered that our apartment was inside of an ancient coliseum. So much history! They greeted us with a cold drink and it was so refreshing on a very hot day. In the morning, they had coffees and pastries available which was unexpected. Thank you so much! A wonderful stay!

The hotel was very clean and amazing location! Parking is $30 and staff didn’t speak English. The apt was offsite but once we figured out gate - had a great stay!

What a delightful stay. The owners and staff take such pride and delight in their city and are quick to offer advice on places to visit. The location makes most destinations walkable. Their advice on restaurants was spot on! The only downfall was no elevator, but with the history of the building, it is understandable. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Hotel Santa Croce.

The annex where is stayed was extremely small and not at all represented in the pictures of the hotel. This was quite misleading. Otherwise was staff was helpful and was cleaned and done up well.

Completamente equipada

This hotel has an amazing location right in the center of Florence. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the walking distance. The owners Mario and Gabriel truly know how to welcome their guests! they are so friendly and helpful. We can tell they really cared about our experience. Even though we arrived early before regular check in time, our room was ready for us as they reached out beforehand to inquire about our time of arrival. They gave us all kinds of useful information about the area, dining options, as well as some historical information about the surrounding buildings. They helped us move our luggage up the stairs, too. There is water for purchase in the lobby any time you need it. Morning time could get a little crowded on the main floor, so they actually accommodated us having breakfast in our room one morning and brought up trays with food and coffee. Someone was always around to help us with questions or order a taxi. The hotel has a front door code, so it feels very safe. Overall, really wonderful experience and I highly recommend their hotel!
