최고의 뷰를 자랑하는 샤토에즈~ 디너 분위기는 너무 좋아요~ 남프랑스의 여행의 최고 시간이었어요

가격이 매우 비쌌지만 정말 멋진 view를 가진 방과 식당이었습니다. 여행에서 돌아와서 친구들에게 호텔에 대한 멋진 추억을 공유 하였고, 나는 친구들이 이 호텔에서 숙박해 볼것을 친구들에게 추천하였습니다. 특히 당신이 조식 금액이 비싸다는 이유로 조식을 이 호텔에서 먹지 않는다면, 당신은 이 호텔의 반만 이용한 것이다. 그만큼 조식 식당은 정말 멋진 view를 가지고 있다는 것을 꼭 알려주고 싶습니다. 가능하다면 해가 지기전 도착해서, 해가 지는 지중해와 호텔 주변의 환상적인 경치를 감상하면 더욱 좋을것 같습니다. 더 비싸더라도 바다가 보이는 방(Half see view is good)에서 반드시 숙박 해 보세요. It was very expensive, but it was a room and restaurant with a really nice view. When I came back from my trip, I shared wonderful memories of hotel with my friends, and I recommended my friends to stay at this hotel. Especially if you don't eat breakfast at this hotel because it's expensive, you only use half of the hotel. I want to let you know that breakfast restaurants have a really nice view. If possible, it would be better to arrive before sunset, and enjoy the fantastic view around the Mediterranean Sea and the hotel where the sun sets. Even if it's more expensive, be sure to stay in a room with a view of the sea(of half see).

아주 예쁜 구시가지마을에 위치하여 골목마다 볼거리가 많았고, 에즈 해변이 내려다 보이는 최고의 전망을 가지고 있어서 좋았다. 오래된 고성을 개조해서 숙소로 쓰다보니 커피메이커를 작동시키면 전기가 나가는 등 불편함이 있었다.

조용하고 아름다운 지역의 호텔이었습니다.

아주 특별한 경험이었고, 호텔스닷컴을 통해 할인된 가격으로 지낼 수 있어 더 좋았다. 관광지지만 밤에는 숙박객 외에는 다른 사람이 없어 조용한 마을을 밤산책하면서 특별한 시간을 보냈다.

점심이나 저녁식사를 레스토랑에서 꼭 먹어야 샤토에즈에서의 스테이를 제대로 즐길 수 있을 것이다

산속 깊은 동굴 같은 느낌의 호텔입니다. 쥐 죽은듯. 그러나 또 다른 이상한 느낌의 호텔임.호. 불호가 극명한 호텔입니다.나름 괜찮음. 나름 절경임.

역시 명성에 걸맞게 샤토에즈는 기대를 져 버리지 않았다. 우리나라 대비해서 비싼 숙박비이지만 그래도 비수기라서 좀 저렴(?)하게 이용...체크인할 때 중후한 신사풍의 남자분 자부심이 대단한것 같았다. 룸도 비수기라서 테라스 있는 방으로 업그레이드해 주시고...덕분에 테라스에 나가면 그림이 따로 없었다. 단지 저녁 레스토랑을 예약해서 갔는데 랍스터는 우리가 기대한 통째 랍스터가 아니고 살을 발랐는데 엄청 작았고 영어가 짧아 식사가 잘 되지 않았다..그래도 13일간의 프랑스 숙박 호텔 중 가장 높은 점수를 주고 싶다.

Best hotel we've stayed during our 2 week honeymoon. First, it boasts beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea outside the terrace. Second, professional staffs always ready to answer you and the service is great. Welcome drinks are served, and herb tea at night for good sleep. Third, two star Michelin restaurant. We had lunch course with scallops. I already miss them.

I stayed on night at Ch. Eze and It was just wonderful. we ate lunch at restaurant and all the dishes were a piece of art. we could sit on the cliff side, private terrace and the view was spectacular. we could see same view at terrace in the room. and Egyptian cotton bedding was soft and fragrance on the bed was so sweet. Everything was perfect but a guy at the reception desk was rude and said some bad words in French to my fiance. She could understand french a little and she got angry. But except him every person there were so kind to us and we really satisfied. Menton and Monaco just near Eze was also wonderful place to be! We wish we could go next year again! same placE!!

Our experience at Château Eza was nothing short of extraordinary from the moment we arrived. Check‑in was seamless, made even more special by the staff who greeted us at the bottom of the hill, assisted with our bags, and guided us up to the reception area. The walk itself felt like an introduction to the charm of Eze—lined with scenic viewpoints perfect for pausing and taking in breathtaking photos of the Mediterranean Sea. We were fortunate to spend Christmas Eve dining at the Michelin‑starred Château Eza restaurant, and it was truly a magical experience. The thoughtfully crafted Christmas menu showcased exquisite French cuisine, each course more impressive than the last. Paired with exceptional service and panoramic views of the sea, it became a holiday dinner we will never forget. Our room was an absolute masterpiece. The blend of vintage furniture with modern bathroom finishes—and the warmth of the fireplaces—created a uniquely cozy and elegant atmosphere, especially fitting for Christmas Eve. We stayed in a two‑floor family suite, ideal for families with children, and the balcony overlooking the sea offered a view that felt like a dream. Château Eza is a magical place that transports you to what feels like a medieval village, wrapped in luxury, warmth, and unforgettable charm. Our stay was truly enchanting, and we cannot recommend it highly enough

The welcome was wonderful with an easy check in process and a drink to start. The valet service was prompt, courteous, and professional. They brought the luggage to the room. The staff were all very friendly, polite and concerned about making it an excellent customer service experience. The turn down down service was a nice extra touch. I appreciate all the extra attention to detail at the hotel. Everyone made it a memorable experience. The tasting menu at dinner was wonderful except for one or two items I could not eat. It was very visually appealing and to the taste buds as well. Thank you for a memorable and wonderful stay. I highly recommend this place if you visit Eze. The views are stunning from high atop the cliffs. Just be aware if you have any issue with heights.

Overall a good experience, but by any means a great experience. For a hotel with these ratings, the expectations are not met: none of the showers worked properly- one was leaking, the other one didn’t work. The room is market as it has a balcony with ocean view: that was true, as was ‘some’ ocean view, otherwise it was a lot of ‘roof view’ of the adjacent building. Some of staff members was trying to do their best (the valet team was fantastic as they have a very hard job to move the luggage up and down on a lot of stairs), but some of them just average not something expected from a hotel with such ratings … and rates (ie at check out they charged us one night more for the parking, the offer for transportation was just outrageous- ie 3 times the taxi rates for same type of car…). On the other hand, pleas do yourself a favor and don’t go to the hotel’s restaurant: the service is just bad and the food not so great either (at least for the expectation from a Michelin star restaurant). Let’s start with the reservation: we asked for dinner reservation, and they booked us at 8:00 pm, when the best time is 7:00 pm so you can enjoy the sunset- they didn’t mention / offer this, albeit the restaurant was half booked when we arrived. They asked for formal dressing: don’t worry - they do not reinforce: the people are showing up in T shirts and flip flops. Now the service: we asked for sparkling water, obviously they brought us still water; they brought us the drinks ordered by others …

Great stay as a whole! The only complaint was that almost every night there was a private event going on in the dining/bar so there was no place for guests staying at the hotel to have drinks or dinner. The hotel should have a place where guests can use regardless of a private event.

I couldn’t tell from the online photos that there would be so many tourists, so I was really surprised by the crowds. One more thing, after getting out of the taxi, the staff carried our luggage to the room, but I wouldn’t have been able to get there without their help. It might be tough for people who aren’t confident in their mobility or who need a cane. Of course, thanks to that, the view is excellent.
