Daha çok çiftlere hitap eden bir otel. Motor turumuzda otopark var diye uğradık ama anlaşmalı otoparkları motorları almıyormuş. Yerde göstermediler. Haricinde güzel bir otel. Fiyat performans olarak biraz pahalı olanaklarına hitaben

Modern hotel, a little be expensive

Location? Location? Location? For a relatively new hotel - why would the owners think that their guests would want to wake up to the sight of the arse of a monster cruise ship being right in their faces! The pollution these Behemoths chugged out would have blotted out the Sun but fortunately for us the wind was offshore, otherwise, I doubt I would have faired better than the locals of Pompei!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet hôtel luxueux. Dès l’arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux : le personnel est à la fois professionnel, sympathique et toujours disponible. L’un d’entre eux parlait français et pour nous c’est un plus. Les parties communes sont impeccablement propres, tout comme les chambres, spacieuses et bien entretenues. Les produits de toilette Balmain sont de grande qualité. La literie ultra confortable et la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. Les petits mots manuscrits à notre arrivée et départ, les chaussons posés aux pieds du lit chaque soir, le gateaux offert le dernier jour, toutes ces attentions nous ont touchées. Mention spéciale pour la piscine au 10e étage avec sa vue sur le Vésuve. Le personnel du bar de la terrasse est très pro. L’hôtel est super bien situé pour visiter Naples, avec de nombreux sites accessibles à pied ou rapidement en transport. Et que dire du petit déjeuner signé Ducasse ? Exceptionnel ! Seul petit regret : nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’essayer le spa, qui semblait superbe. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois ! Bémol, la lumière des toilettes de la chambre qui s’allume automatiquement quelque soit l’heure…

* None of the rooms had shower gel supplied. When I asked for shower gel, there was a shrug and sigh from the receptionist and they reluctantly asked for house keeping to bring it. 45 mins later I returned o reception as it had not arrived. * The room was missing its directory card so I didn’t know which phone number to call for reception. * The taps were very loose, the cupboard door was hanging off and half the shower head jets were blocked and clogged. * House maid removed one of my wifes beauty products. We were accused by Marta of placing it near the bin and therefore confusing the maid * First morning at breakfast, pastries were provided for my wife and I. My daughter later joined us and asked for pastries, however Antonio told us that “we had enough to share”. * Second breakfast, order was incorrect and arrived all together despite ordering in 3 logical steps (pastries/fruit/hot). Only one set of cutlery was provided for all of the breakfast and no plates were provided. The coffee was cold and old, indicated by low temp and lack of crema (looked like filter coffee). Antonio was completely miserable and not interested in us and was walking off whilst we were still giving the order-this is why it was wrong as he was not listening. No waiters were smiling at all. * Dinner on the terrace was met with the same miserable, bored and disengaged waiter. This turned out to be the F&B manager. The list goes on and on- emailed hotel with complaints and not a single acknowledgmen.

Great staff, the rooms were clean and extremely chic

I would say it was a little overpriced. The castle view suite was excellent. Perfect for privacy to have separate rooms. The staff was extremely attentive and provided everything requested. Only minor inconvenience was there seemed to be flies throughout the hotel. Not a lot but unexpected

We finished off our wonderful Italy trip with a couple of nights in Napoli. We took some time deciding where to stay and whilst the ROMEO was the more expensive option we really enjoyed our time there and the main feature was the pool / bar area on the 10th floor which had fab views of the port area and Mount Vesuvius. The overall hotel set-up is really cool and the staff were very courteous and helpful. We upgraded to a Deluxe Harbour View room that are on the 5th and 6th floors giving better views of the port but I suggest you push for 6th as we were on the 5th & still had a view of a warehouse

Very design forward hotel. Staff and breakfast are excellent.

L'hotel était convenable mais correspondait pas a un 5 étoiles salle de bain très petite, dressing pas prévu pour 2 personnes aucun endroit pour ranger les valises aucune patère pour les peignoirs, les serviettes ou les vêtements peut convenir pour une nuit mais pas pour un long séjour

Hotel is modern and clean. The rooms lack some basic conveniences (like hooks to hang towels and bathrobe). Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is good.

Very cool place to stay

Only needed a room for a one night stay. While the staff is excellent and very accommodating the room was dirty. The shower was covered in mold and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Very disappointing for the price point.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gourmet breakfast was excellent every single day. The 4-star rating is really due to the aging of the hotel which is starting to show. Our shower head did not work and we had to use a hand wand to shower. Also, the internet was very inconsistent. Considering this is a 5-star hotel charging premium rates, we would expect the hotel to be better maintained. The location was also very convenient.
