Le plus bel hôtel que j’aie jamais vu ! Décoration époustouflante , élégance partout où on pose les yeux. C’est fa bu leux ! Restauration de rêve et personnel d’une extrême gentillesse. Bravo! Chambres spacieuses et confortables.

Roof top pool and restaurant were a terrific surprise! The food and drinks above expectations. The spa was also great and even can get a mani/pedi!

Well I have stayed in nice hotels before but I've never stayed in a hotel this luxurious, beautifully decorated with art and water features in the lobby, two lovely rooftop pools and a nice gym. I felt like this is a hotel were rock stars stay! My room was lovely, with air conditioning, especially wonderful during the heatwave. Turn over service everyday. I only paid for breakfasts while there and the presentation of everything from the drinks to the food was exquisite, as was the food. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly, always available to ring you a taxi or recommend a place to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Naples.

The room was sleek and clean. The lights shut themselves off, which is green -- and great -- but the lights over the sink stayed on, making it a little annoying (luckily I had a sleep mask). We had an early flight, so I can't comment on the breakfast.

Petit déjeuner Alain Ducasse excellent, varié, délicieux et généreux. Le personnel est attentif et charmant. Le rez de chaussée a une collection de meubles et d'objets remarquables. L'emplacement est parfait pour toutes les excursions et les visites des différents quartiers de la ville, des musées, proche du port pour les balades en mer et la visite des iles proches. Seul bémol, lors du check out, la facture avec 15 % de service pour le personnel. Sur une semaine de séjour, cela fait beaucoup. Peut-être aurait-il fallu nous faire la demande avant de nous sortir cette facture.

One of the best breakfast ı ever had

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave your be disappointed Maybe they just hate foreigners. But I am English and got the feeling I wasn’t welcome from the moment I arrived. Got given a 20m toilet for 800 euros. Shower was broken. Didn’t fix. Toilet didn’t flush. 3 star

Great hotel and team. Very well appointed with terrific artworks. The restaurant and the service is exceptional. The location is not great but it is pretty central and good for a base for visiting Pompei etc.

Daha çok çiftlere hitap eden bir otel. Motor turumuzda otopark var diye uğradık ama anlaşmalı otoparkları motorları almıyormuş. Yerde göstermediler. Haricinde güzel bir otel. Fiyat performans olarak biraz pahalı olanaklarına hitaben

Modern hotel, a little be expensive

Location? Location? Location? For a relatively new hotel - why would the owners think that their guests would want to wake up to the sight of the arse of a monster cruise ship being right in their faces! The pollution these Behemoths chugged out would have blotted out the Sun but fortunately for us the wind was offshore, otherwise, I doubt I would have faired better than the locals of Pompei!
