Tv did not work, but the rest of the hotel is great

Beautiful decor, overall quiet and peaceful, restaurant on site has good food and all staff encountered were hospitable and friendly.

The spot and the restaurant was great and inviting! Enjoying a bit of the snow!

Large room

The room and staff were great. Only problem we had was unused staples loose on the bed and floor.

The room and staff were both excellent! However, we visited during a quiet time when the Lodge had very few guests, so we were surprised and disappointed to have someone placed directly above our room. The guests upstairs entered late and walked heavily for about 40 minutes, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful stay. Despite this issue, we still appreciated the overall quality of the Lodge and hope that room placement might be considered more carefully for future guests.

They texted me after the cancellation window to inform me their pool and hot tub were out of service. Refused a refund or any discount to the room. I emailed the manager and she never responded.My kids were so disappointed they couldn’t swim during the trip, we stayed somewhere else and lost our money

Very beautiful place.

Great location. Clean facility.

Restaurant had delicious food and very friendly staff. the bed was very comfy, the shower had great water pressure.

The Breakfest used to be free now it is pricy for what you get.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room

The property was beautiful and conveniently located between the two national parks we wanted to visit. The food was great and had plenty of options and the staff was so kind! The only complaint is the bed was very hard so it wasn’t easy to get a good night sleep.

We were there off season, so the price was great. We loved the bar/restaurant and the service provided there. The layout of the second floor was weird with a staircase in the middle of the hallway. How do you maneuver a cart full of luggage up and down a staircase? Kevin at the front desk was very helpful in unloading the cart and helping us get the luggage in our rooms. Every staff member was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The location and scenery at Cedar Breaks were breathtaking.

All of the staff were kind and helpful and full of knowledge of the area shops.
