I will be coming back here when I'm in London. I am more than satisfied with the experience! 1. Compared to many 5 star hotels I have been to in Europe, the ambiance of this hotel is so comforting and serene in terms of background music, lighting, and the scent that the hotel uses! I often have to travel for long periods and it is very disturbing when you have strong fragrance all over the place, especially in the room. But here, you will feel super calm as if you are in a luxury spa. 2. The staff are super nice and helpful. They are well-trained and respectful to the guests - I think this is what stands out about the Prince Akatoki as many starred hotels these days are losing this characteristic many guests expect from choosing a 5 star. 3. The food is so satisfying as well. I had both breakfast and in-room services - all menus are delicious and well prepared. The breakfast has many choices including porridge, american style, and japanese style with good coffees. The in-room services have the best dessert choices ever! 4. In the past, I had experienced losing my laundry items from a 5 start hotel and they were horrible at dealing with the situation. Here, the laundry is finished within 24 hours (regular service) and are delivered in a clean box, and clothes hanged very neatly. Few things could be improved - the heater makes the room extremely dry so it would be nice to offer humidifier or a similar system in the room. The windows should have protective screens.

아이와 둘이서 4일동안 머물렀습니다. 하루는 욕조가 없는 조금 작은 룸, 3일은 욕조가 있는 조금 큰 룸. 전체적인 분위기는 런던의 분위기를 느낄 수 있는 작지만 아늑한 느낌의 편안한 호ㅇ이었습니다. 메이페어 지역 내 위치해 있으며 마블아치역까지 도보로 이동하기에 불편함없구요...버스이용도 편리했습니다. 셀프리지 백화점까지 도보로 이동하는 데 불편함없을 정도로 위치에 대한 만족도는 매우 높습니다. 조식은 종류가 많진 않지만 깔끔하면서 맛있는 편입니다. 친절하구요. 호텔 가격이 낮은 편이 아니라 비지니스 호텔로 이용하긴 그렇고 가족 여행으로 머물기는 좋았습니다.

Extra bit of class. Throughout the experience it felt like the employees and the hotel just made that extra bit of effort. Short walk to Marble Arch but down a quiet road (literally opposite) which made it feel like you were not close to the hustle and bustle.

As a returning guest, this is unfortunately my first negative experience at this hotel. I was allocated a ground-floor room adjacent to a staff access door, which was slammed repeatedly at intervals of three to five minutes throughout both the day and night. When I raised the matter with the manager at 11:30 PM, I was advised that no alternative rooms were available, though he agreed to notify staff about the noise. While this measure provided temporary relief, the door slamming resumed at 5:30 AM, significantly disrupting my sleep. A hotel of five-star standing should not be offering guests rooms that are so poorly positioned relative to staff thoroughfares.

Everything was perfect, a masterful blend of London and Japan. The room was well stocked with water, soft drinks, snacks, teas and coffees and had immaculate lighting which really made you feel relaxed. The bedding and mattress really shined for a wonderful sleep. Gym was great in comparison to a lot of other hotel gyms with a very high calibre of treadmills and a peloton. Dumbbells went up to 22.5kg which was ok for an impropmptu workout. The room was perfect, down to the very last detail with an amazing bath and shower. Staff were paid very high attention to detail whilst maintaining a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which really impressed us. The breakfast was well stocked and had a nice variety of hot menu options, as well as buffet bits and drinks. All in all, would highly recommend the Prince Akatoki to anyone looking for a unique and frankly perfect stay within the city!

The room was nicely appointed and everything was kept very clean. The location was great with easy access to the different areas of London we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel with a proper king size bed and warm bidet toilet seat perfect for the winter. The curtains were thick to shield away the coldness of the winter. Just 1 small thing to improve is their housekeeping, we stayed for 5 nights, every day when we come back in the evening the wash basin is always not clean.. with dirt accumulated day by day and the shower gel and shampoo are such small bottles that it’s definitely not enough for 2 pax a day lol Lastly it’s located along a quiet street near Marble Arch, near to the underground station and walking distance to Hype Park. Just a further walk from the bustling Oxford street which we end up preferring Covent garden location then here. Just a personal preference
