모두 다 좋았습니다. 조식 훌륭하고, 자연풀장 (Las Salinas)이 바로 밑에 있는데다 경관도 훌륭하고 발코니도 좋고 서비스도 무난합니다. 그러나 SPA 이용연령이 16세 이상이라는게 큰 아쉬움이었습니다. 홈페이지 등에 미리 안내가 되어 있지도 않았구요. 실내수영장이 있는 것도 아니고, 아이들이 수영하기에는 야외수영장이 물이 차갑습니다. 물을 데워주는 시설도 (있다고는 하지만) 작동하지 않는 것 같았습니다. 이런 사항들에 대해 문의하면 (돌아다니는) 직원들은 매우 불친절합니다. SPA reception의 직원은 친절했고, 아이들에게 쿠키와 사탕을 주며 달랬지만 아쉬운 마음이 남습니다.

Die Zimmer waren von Abwasserkanälen gestunken, das Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht ordnungsgemäß, und es war notwendig, die Zimmernummer und den Namen bei jeder Bestellung aufzuschreiben. Dies war sehr unangenehm. Das Frühstück wurde erst ab 8 Uhr serviert, was für mich, der ich gerne früher aufstehen würde, sehr schade war. Die Auswahl zum Essen war nicht besonders vielfältig und im Bereich der Veganen Küche wurde nicht wirklich bedient. Geschmacklich war es Top. Bedienung war sehr nett, Parkplätze gab es Kostenlos fast nichts in der Gegend, ca 5 min laufweg bis man ein Parkplatz hatte.

Ambiente agradable y muy tranquilo. Personal maravilloso. Ideal para desconectar.

Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel, le buffet du petit déjeuner et du dîner était de très bonne qualité, en revanche nous avons eu quelques déceptions concernant la chambre, travaux mal réaliser.., douche au plafond était inutilisable

Très bel hôtel, bon petit déjeuner et emplacement parfait. La piscine est très agréable avec la vue sur mer, tout est parfaitement entretenu.

Pool was very pleasant. Staff were accommodating and very friendly and helpful. Short walk to an ‘original’ beach, very rocky! Nice restaurants and a Spa.

We stayed at the hotel 11 to 17 of april 2026. The hotel, lobby, rooms and the terraces are well maintained and very nice and cozy. The breakfast and the buffet in the evening were very good, with continental breakfast with lots of options and local delicacies and different theme every evening like Spanish, Italian, Canarian, American and Asian cuisine and a seafood night👌✨. Was so perfect that we didn't go out much on the evenings😃 The swimming pool and a bubble pool are warmed and very nice to swim in, lots of loungers around and a bar with many options, including non-alcoholic cocktail options. The spa on the ground floor is absolutely fabulous - we got a fabtastic whole body massages from Alba who got rid of all our knots and stresses👌❤️ I highly recommend the spa inteslf with a variety of massage bubble options and several saunas to choose from✨ The staff - both reception and the housekeeping were friendly, smiling and very helpful - the service is top notch! The parking at the hotel was ample and very nice. Some things to point out, not as negatives, but something thats good to know. The bathrobes are available at an extra single charge, the pool towels are included though - we got a card to exchange for the towel at the spa. The bathroom has no tissues, probably as a green point, didn't bother me, but I've never seen a hotel bathroom without before either🤭 Other than that - very happy (and I am very picky about all these things). Thank you❤️❤️❤️

We had a poor experience and multiple issues with our room and were informed by reception, "sorry, this is the standard".... 1) I accept not all rooms have a sea view, but ours was looking into a cliff face with virtually no natural light entering the room... For 230 euros! The room felt like a utility closet that had been repurposed. Unacceptable. 2) The room had a mouldy, putrid smelling AstroTurf 'terrace' that faced said cliff. See attached photos of the florid mould. 3) The WiFi in the room was broken / could not even load a WhatsApp message. If this is the 'standard' that Occidental hotels holds themself to then they should reclassify this as a 2-3* hotel. I have stayed in cleaner, better 3* hotels for 1/3rd of the price. We would certainly not recommend anyone stays here or mistakes it for a luxury experience. It is a box-ticking "4*" hotel which on closer inspection does not live up to this grade.

Not to book this hotel on hotels, costs much more than the official website and you get a room not so good.

The rooms were very clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful, even though some of them didnt speak great english. The pool area was kept nice and tidy. Food was nice too with a big variety.

Wir haben eine Woche mit All Inclusive im Hotel verbracht. Wir hatten eine geräumige und komfortable Junior Suite, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Personal in wirklich allen Bereichen war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Mahlzeiten waren abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Für jeden war etwas dabei. Besonders hervorheben muss man die Dachterrasse, von der man einen fantastischen Blick hat und den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Auch die Gegend rund um das Hotel war landschaftlich wunderschön und bei weitem nicht so überlaufen und rummelig wie im Süden der Insel. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt re reichlich, ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen, damit man flexibel ist. Geräumige Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage (10€, empfehlenswert) sind reichlich vorhanden. Sparfüchse parken an der Straße, wobei man dort teilweise recht weit laufen muss, wenn beim Hotel nichts frei ist. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Die Zimmer sind alle fast gleich, komfortable, sauber und fast makellos. Personal immer bemüht und fleißig. Das war das zweite mal und wie werden wieder kommen.
