Hotel is prime location beautiful views , however the building and outside area does require attention that’s my only negative The staff are so friendly and welcoming We booked for 2 days but stayed an extra night Will defiantly rtn bath Hotel 3 stars staff 10 🙂

Everything is good. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast service good. Nice scene. So I am satisfied.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Infrastructure in need of some TLC but the room was clean, resonably comfortable and the breakfast good. Lovely location!

Lovely picturesque location just a few miles from Bath. Friendly staff. Comfy room, not the most spacious but well presented. Simple continental breakfast overlooking the river and mill wheel.

The accommodations were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided friendly and efficient service. The overall ambiance and scenic views were delightful.

It was okay. They are listed as having parking however please note they will charge you another £10 to use their parking on top of what you pay for your room. It is an okay hotel however if you are looking to stay here it is not worth more than £100 in my opinion but it does the job The breakfast is also nothing special. Its what I would expect from a cheap hotel but again does the job

Very nice stay at this hotel, staff very nice. Restaurant food was lovely as was The old Mill across the road. And a leisurely walk to the centre of bath along the canal, if you're a walker.

We had a lovely stay, the room and the excellent service. We will definitely be back in the future. Yours Neil

Lovely location, very quiet and peaceful. We were there in wintertime so unfortunately didn't have the chance to sit out and enjoy the riverside seating. The restaurant was very nice and staff friendly. Car park is a bit tight, so not ideal for very large cars. Also, be aware of having to pay £1 if you go over the toll bridge to access the hotel from one direction. They do take card payments!

Great stay, surroundings amazing. Small room but very comfortable. Had lodge type room. Restaurant at Hotel was very good. All Staff very friendly 10/10. Would definately stay again.

Lovely location. Room small and not as described but staff say that Expedia have not done the requested updates. Their advice is ring them directly to ensure you get what you want!!

Dirty congested rooms. There was a burnt kettle in the room and now the hotel is extorting money out of our pockets.

Had a lovely room with unique view over the river Avon weir and the Toll bridge workers. Comfortable and warm. Breakfast plenty for us. Staff pleasant. Bus into town up the road.

Nice location, great value, clean, tidy, polite staff, breakfast was good , all in all served its purpose as a stop over stay.

The hotel is very clean and affordable very accommodating staffs especially Ellie who's very professional to her job . Highly recommended to everyone when visiting Bath.

I booked a room with English Breakfast included, upon arrival, the receptionist did not acknowledge that in the reservation and wanted us to pay extra for it. They sent me to deal with it with Expedia and did not compensate me whatsoever. Will not recommend.
