겨울철이라 주변이 너무 썰렁하였다 손님층이 아주나이신 유러피언이었고, 다른건 무난했다

호텔에 도착하니 이미 호텔값이 다지불된예약인데 되어있지 않아서 호텔스닷컴에 전화했으나 근무시간이아니라 연결이 안되었습니다 너무나 난감했고ᆢ 밤이늦고... 이동이 어려위워서 그자리에서 다시 현장지불예약하고 동일호텔에 투숙했습니다... 제예약을잦아보고 직불카드로 먼저한 예약에 대해 지불이되었습니다 밤늦게도착했는데 예약이없다면 고객입장은 먼 외국에서 얼마나 당혹스러울카요? 호텔스닷컴을 읻고 이리 여행하기가 편안하지않으네요... 저번 이태리에서도, 불가리아에서도 같은상황이었습니다 세번째인셈이고 더욱 이번은 직불카드가사용되어서요~~ 여행후 돌아가 전화드리겠습니다,, 처리부탁드립니다

Hotel très bien. 2 bémols les horaires de la piscine qui ferme a 18h (en avril ) et la demi pension qui mériterait d'être plus variée et plus tunisienne.

J ai attendu mieux que ça

The rooms we stayed in on two separate occasions were a little basic, but the amenities made up for it. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. The dinner buffet was amazing! My favorite part of the hotel by far.

The staff are wonderful, and I really enjoyed the dinner buffet. The rooms are rather basic but everything else made up for that!

Beautiful Location on Yasmeen Hammamet and awesome customer service by the entire tran and Delicious Food on the Buffer I highly recommend it & I will go back again

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette hôtel très bien situé à la marina D’ Hammamet. Un gros gros coup de cœur à Ibrahim le réceptionniste qui s’est occupé de nous du début à la fin de ce séjour . Nous sommes venu pour fêter un anniversaire et tout l’hôtel s’est tacher de faire une petite attention. Je recommande à 1000%

Très bon établissement, le personnel est dévoué. Directement sur le bord de la mer . Le buffet est excellent ,variés et en abondance.

Room was great! The animation staff was excellent and so was the reception. Bar staff need some training in engaging. It is an okay property with limited choices in buffet with repetitive menu.

L'hotel si trova in una ottima posizione, è possibile raggiungere a piedi la nuova medina ed il mare è proprio davanti l'hotel. Come letto in alcune recensioni, la struttura non è nuovissima però nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato gradevole. La nostra stanza è sempre stata pulita giornalmente e i letti sono molto comodi, un poco bassi i cuscini ed il divano letto dove dormiva il bimbo aveva il materasso molto sottile. Purtoppo in bagno c'erano delle formiche e sebbene la donna delle pulizia ha usato un prodotto, il giorno dopo erano nuovamente li. Visto il periodo di gennaio, sebbene in spiaggia si stava bene al sole, molto apprezzata la piscina interna riscaldata. Relativamente al buffet (eravamo con formula mezza pensione), confermo quanto letto in altre recensioni: cibo ripetitivo a cena (sempre cous cous, ragù di manzo e pollo e pesce grigliato ad esempio) e non sempre fresco (immangiabili i formaggi e gli antipasti erano chiaramente riciclati.) Sul cibo darei un 3 stelle e non proprio da hotel a 4 stelle o come in altre stesse catene Iberostar in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Tutto il personale è sempre stato cortese sia in reception che in sala. L'animazione deludente ad eccezione di Tchitcho che è sempre stato sorridente con noi e con i bimbi, rispetto ai suoi due colleghi empatici solo con alcuni ospiti (l'unica ragazza ci salutava a malapena). La spiaggia molto bella, con possibilità di fare lunghe passegiate. Per il prezzo pagato in questa stagione è ok.

Was pleasantly surprised how lovely the hotel and tunisia was for the price we paid. The hotel doesnt provide anything but i guess at the price we paid shoulsnt complain but youd think. Water would be included. Really cheap to buy anyways so not an issue. Clean and actually really decent fold for half boatd - no drinks included in dinner not even water.

My overall stay at the hotel was actually quite pleasant, thanks largely to the excellent service and the exceptionally warm, helpful staff. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly and professional, which made the general hotel experience positive. However, my review must focus on the Superior Suite (the most expensive category), which unfortunately was the major flaw in our trip. 1. Unacceptable Location & Ambience: Despite reserving your highest-tier suite, the room was inexplicably located on the ground floor. While the size was generous, the overall design and furnishings felt more like a basic homestay or budget apartment, lacking the premium finishes, views, and exclusive feel expected of top suite. 2. Severe Noise Issue (The Dealbreaker): The absolute biggest issue was the noise. The suite is situated directly behind the evening music hall/performance venue. The soundproofing is extremely poor, making it virtually impossible to relax or sleep in the evening due to the continuous loud music and noise before 11pm. In summary: The hotel staff and general service deserve high praise. However, the hotel needs to urgently address the location, fit-out, and severe lack of soundproofing in this specific Superior Suite. Paying a premium price for this sub-standard accommodation significantly detracted from an otherwise good hotel experience. The seaview suite could be a better option.
