겨울철이라 주변이 너무 썰렁하였다 손님층이 아주나이신 유러피언이었고, 다른건 무난했다

호텔에 도착하니 이미 호텔값이 다지불된예약인데 되어있지 않아서 호텔스닷컴에 전화했으나 근무시간이아니라 연결이 안되었습니다 너무나 난감했고ᆢ 밤이늦고... 이동이 어려위워서 그자리에서 다시 현장지불예약하고 동일호텔에 투숙했습니다... 제예약을잦아보고 직불카드로 먼저한 예약에 대해 지불이되었습니다 밤늦게도착했는데 예약이없다면 고객입장은 먼 외국에서 얼마나 당혹스러울카요? 호텔스닷컴을 읻고 이리 여행하기가 편안하지않으네요... 저번 이태리에서도, 불가리아에서도 같은상황이었습니다 세번째인셈이고 더욱 이번은 직불카드가사용되어서요~~ 여행후 돌아가 전화드리겠습니다,, 처리부탁드립니다

Was pleasantly surprised how lovely the hotel and tunisia was for the price we paid. The hotel doesnt provide anything but i guess at the price we paid shoulsnt complain but youd think. Water would be included. Really cheap to buy anyways so not an issue. Clean and actually really decent fold for half boatd - no drinks included in dinner not even water.

My overall stay at the hotel was actually quite pleasant, thanks largely to the excellent service and the exceptionally warm, helpful staff. Every member of the team we encountered was friendly and professional, which made the general hotel experience positive. However, my review must focus on the Superior Suite (the most expensive category), which unfortunately was the major flaw in our trip. 1. Unacceptable Location & Ambience: Despite reserving your highest-tier suite, the room was inexplicably located on the ground floor. While the size was generous, the overall design and furnishings felt more like a basic homestay or budget apartment, lacking the premium finishes, views, and exclusive feel expected of top suite. 2. Severe Noise Issue (The Dealbreaker): The absolute biggest issue was the noise. The suite is situated directly behind the evening music hall/performance venue. The soundproofing is extremely poor, making it virtually impossible to relax or sleep in the evening due to the continuous loud music and noise before 11pm. In summary: The hotel staff and general service deserve high praise. However, the hotel needs to urgently address the location, fit-out, and severe lack of soundproofing in this specific Superior Suite. Paying a premium price for this sub-standard accommodation significantly detracted from an otherwise good hotel experience. The seaview suite could be a better option.

Friendly staff.

Staff were fantastic! So attentive and really made sure they look after you. They were so lovely and kind. The facilities available were great, I really enjoyed the pool and the spa was reasonably priced. Unfortunately the indoor pool was under renovation when we arrived, but the outdoor pool was perfectly enough in the scorching heat! I will say that upon arrival we were not too happy, since we arrived to a room with zero towels, toilet not flushing, tv and telephone for reception not working. Which was not ideal after a long and hectic morning of travelling. However, towels were brought up and toilet was fixed quite quickly. I asked for an iron several several times, but told that if one was found then they will bring it immediately. But the whole trip I spent with creased clothes… none of these things took away from our holiday luckily, and the staff+facilities were lovely enough to override the bad

Notre séjour a été incroyable. Quand on entend le mot all inclusive, on a souvent tendance à imaginer un service banal et peu soigné. Pourtant, nous nous sommes sentis comme dans un véritable restaurant, même si c’était un buffet. Les serveurs étaient très attentifs, tout comme les animateurs. Chaque jour, l’hôtel proposait une soirée différente. Nous avions prévu d’explorer la ville, mais avec toutes les activités variées proposées, nous n’avions pas envie d’en manquer une seule. Le seul petit bémol concerne la propreté de la chambre : il y avait un peu d’humidité, mais c’est compréhensible compte tenu des températures et du climat en Tunisie.

For the second time we stayed at Iberostar Hammamet. The first time was about 3 years ago. Compared to other hotels in Tunisia, this hotel was among the best. The food variety at the buffet was great and tasteful. Also the staff takes cleanliness very serious and there is always somebody looking out for trash laying around. The beach side and the water is also perfect for a swim. There are no stones in the water or on the beach. In only 5 minutes you can reach hammamet south. The shows at night are also very stunning. Also the cocktail party on Wednesday is a nice event for a little get together with the guests and hotel staff. The animation team is very communicative and informs about the Programm and gets many guests involved. What can be improved is that the service at the restaurant wasn’t always the quickest. Sometimes we had to wait for a couple of minutes until a waiter finally set up tables for 6 person even though some of the waiters were just talking among themselves. Also over time the hotel needs some renovation to be done. But other than that we can sure recommend to stay at iberostar hammamet.

We had a lovely holiday. Houssem and Mahdi at the reception were very professional and helpful. The food was good, the desserts looked different but tasted the same. We loved the traditional Tunisian food it was very yummy. The cheese was very bland and was disappointed there were no natural fresh juices. The ones served at breakfast were terrible. There should have been a small coffee corner In the bedroom. Soundouss the cleaner was very friendly and made us feel at home. The entertainment staff is amazing big hello to Mira and kimo!! Thank you!

The hotel is being slowly renovated which is great but this shouldn't be at the cost to ameneties for paying guests

The outside of the hotel was pretty with a lovely pool area and a beach right outside. Also the buffet had a variety of options and because I went during Ramadan, they had the buffet open at 3 am for those who were fasting. The staff were very friendly, and there was plenty of entertainment offered. However, the room AC was not good; hot air was coming out even after a worker tried to fix it and the pillows were not good quality, making it difficult to sleep. Also in the room there was no iron and when we asked, we were told we had to pay for clothing to be ironed. The prices were shocking, costing £12 to iron a dress. Moreover, no bottle of water was provided in the room fridge and there was no kettle in the rooms. - There were no shuttle services, only private taxis, which were too expensive (£40 just to get to the hotel). It's better to prebook a shuttle online, which only costs £6.

The staay was awesome
