Je suis madame khouas yasmina j avais la chambre 4075😁 je recommande fortement cette hôtel avant tout pour sont personnel et le directeur et sou directeur ,un hôtel digne de 5etoiles très propre et les chambres spacieuses et d une vu panoramique et époustouflante , la qualité de la bouffe rien a dire car ils proposent non pas un buffet mais plusieurs buffet et de plats cuisinés et aussi des plats préparés sur place , le choix est difficile dans le restaurant hhh, aussi propose un restaurant à la carte qui est excellent et un barre magnifique aussi ,la piscine extérieure et aussi intérieur sont excellente tout comme les autres sale de massage spa et salle de sport très spacieuses, la plage calme vous redonnera sûrement envie de revenir très prochainement tout comme moi 😁je tien a remercier tous le personnel et surtout les agents de sécurité et aussi le directeur et le sou directeur mr Rached pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme 😍la Tunisie devient un amour pour nous grâce à des établissement comme vous ❤️

Extraordinaire. 3ème année que nous venons avec ma fille. Hôtel splendide, tout le monde est aux petits soins, les repas du buffet son excellents et variés. La chambre était magnifique et les petites attentions de Marwa nous ont fait très plaisir. Merci à Mme Saoudi de nous avoir permis une nouvelle fois de profiter du bonheur du SPA tous les jours. Adel qui nous accueille avec une superbe sourire Kaida au hammamn et gommage, Habiba qui nous materne et nos formidables masseuses kine Hanene et Souad. C'est sur on reviendra, on ne dit jamais non au bonheur du Paradis.

Staff were fantastic! So attentive and really made sure they look after you. They were so lovely and kind. The facilities available were great, I really enjoyed the pool and the spa was reasonably priced. Unfortunately the indoor pool was under renovation when we arrived, but the outdoor pool was perfectly enough in the scorching heat! I will say that upon arrival we were not too happy, since we arrived to a room with zero towels, toilet not flushing, tv and telephone for reception not working. Which was not ideal after a long and hectic morning of travelling. However, towels were brought up and toilet was fixed quite quickly. I asked for an iron several several times, but told that if one was found then they will bring it immediately. But the whole trip I spent with creased clothes… none of these things took away from our holiday luckily, and the staff+facilities were lovely enough to override the bad

Notre séjour a été incroyable. Quand on entend le mot all inclusive, on a souvent tendance à imaginer un service banal et peu soigné. Pourtant, nous nous sommes sentis comme dans un véritable restaurant, même si c’était un buffet. Les serveurs étaient très attentifs, tout comme les animateurs. Chaque jour, l’hôtel proposait une soirée différente. Nous avions prévu d’explorer la ville, mais avec toutes les activités variées proposées, nous n’avions pas envie d’en manquer une seule. Le seul petit bémol concerne la propreté de la chambre : il y avait un peu d’humidité, mais c’est compréhensible compte tenu des températures et du climat en Tunisie.

For the second time we stayed at Iberostar Hammamet. The first time was about 3 years ago. Compared to other hotels in Tunisia, this hotel was among the best. The food variety at the buffet was great and tasteful. Also the staff takes cleanliness very serious and there is always somebody looking out for trash laying around. The beach side and the water is also perfect for a swim. There are no stones in the water or on the beach. In only 5 minutes you can reach hammamet south. The shows at night are also very stunning. Also the cocktail party on Wednesday is a nice event for a little get together with the guests and hotel staff. The animation team is very communicative and informs about the Programm and gets many guests involved. What can be improved is that the service at the restaurant wasn’t always the quickest. Sometimes we had to wait for a couple of minutes until a waiter finally set up tables for 6 person even though some of the waiters were just talking among themselves. Also over time the hotel needs some renovation to be done. But other than that we can sure recommend to stay at iberostar hammamet.

We had a lovely holiday. Houssem and Mahdi at the reception were very professional and helpful. The food was good, the desserts looked different but tasted the same. We loved the traditional Tunisian food it was very yummy. The cheese was very bland and was disappointed there were no natural fresh juices. The ones served at breakfast were terrible. There should have been a small coffee corner In the bedroom. Soundouss the cleaner was very friendly and made us feel at home. The entertainment staff is amazing big hello to Mira and kimo!! The outside of the hotel was pretty with a lovely pool area and a beach right outside. Also the buffet had a variety of options and because I went during Ramadan, they had the buffet open at 3 am for those who were fasting. The staff were very friendly, and there was plenty of entertainment offered. However, the room AC was not good; hot air was coming out even after a worker tried to fix it and the pillows were not good quality, making it difficult to sleep. Also in the room there was no iron and when we asked, we were told we had to pay for clothing to be ironed. The prices were shocking, costing £12 to iron a dress. Moreover, no bottle of water was provided in the room fridge and there was no kettle in the rooms. - There were no shuttle services, only private taxis, which were too expensive (£40 just to get to the hotel). It's better to prebook a shuttle online, which only costs £6.

Im sorry but this hotel is not as advertised the food was horrible limited choices no water in room or minibar there was a random mattess in the hallway all inclusive was limted .It really should advertised as a assistant living home no activities just plain blah the chef came out for lunch and just stood there like he created a masterpiece it was a masterpiece of unseasoned food and crap!!! Not great . For a 4 star Iberostar we were perhaps expecting basic cleanliness and hygiene and decent service . To begin within 2 rounds back to reception because the key cards weren’t working . Apparently the battery in the lock needed charging . These things happen but they could have sent someone to sort this rather than expecting the customer to make the long trip ( our too. Was 300m from reception) . The towels had holes in them and needed replacing . No room service for food . It was 1/2 board and the food was the model of ‘rinse and repeat’ . We are conscious about being vegetarians in an African country where meat is popular but there’s no labelling of food . Their understanding of vegetarian is when fish and meat dishes have vegetables in them ! We paid extra for a sea view room and there’s only so much you can enjoy on an empty stomach . It left us with a bad taste in our mouth ( or perhaps I should say no taste ) . We ended up eating all our meals outside where there’s great options ( in Yasmine Hammamet medina and OGGI )

We loved the traditional Tunisian food it was very yummy. The cheese was very bland and was disappointed there were no natural fresh juices. The ones served at breakfast were terrible. There should have been a small coffee corner In the bedroom. Soundouss the cleaner was very friendly and made us feel at home. The entertainment staff is amazing big hello to Mira and kimo!! The outside of the hotel was pretty with a lovely pool area and a beach right outside. Also the buffet had a variety of options and because I went during Ramadan, they had the buffet open at 3 am for those who were fasting. The staff were very friendly, and there was plenty of entertainment offered. However, the room AC was not good; hot air was coming out even after a worker tried to fix it and the pillows were not good quality, making it difficult to sleep. Also in the room there was no iron and when we asked, we were told we had to pay for clothing to be ironed. The prices were shocking, costing £12 to iron a dress. Moreover, no bottle of water was provided in the room fridge and there was no kettle in the rooms. - There were no shuttle services, only private taxis, which were too expensive (£40 just to get to the hotel). It's better to prebook a shuttle online, which only costs £6.

Im sorry but this hotel is not as advertised the food was horrible limited choices no water in room or minibar there was a random mattess in the hallway all inclusive was limted .It really should advertised as a assistant living home no activities just plain blah the chef came out for lunch and just stood there like he created a masterpiece it was a masterpiece of unseasoned food and crap!!! The only highlight was when we left!!!!

Not great . For a 4 star Iberostar we were perhaps expecting basic cleanliness and hygiene and decent service . To begin within 2 rounds back to reception because the key cards weren’t working . Apparently the battery in the lock needed charging . These things happen but they could have sent someone to sort this rather than expecting the customer to make the long trip ( our too. Was 300m from reception) . The towels had holes in them and needed replacing . No room service for food . It was 1/2 board and the food was the model of ‘rinse and repeat’ . We are conscious about being vegetarians in an African country where meat is popular but there’s no labelling of food . Their understanding of vegetarian is when fish and meat dishes have vegetables in them ! We paid extra for a sea view room and there’s only so much you can enjoy on an empty stomach . It left us with a bad taste in our mouth ( or perhaps I should say no taste ) . We ended up eating all our meals outside where there’s great options ( in Yasmine Hammamet medina and OGGI )

Je suis madame khouas yasmina j avais la chambre 4075😁 je recommande fortement cette hôtel avant tout pour sont personnel et le directeur et sou directeur ,un hôtel digne de 5etoiles très propre et les chambres spacieuses et d une vu panoramique et époustouflante , la qualité de la bouffe rien a dire car ils proposent non pas un buffet mais plusieurs buffet et de plats cuisinés et aussi des plats préparés sur place , le choix est difficile dans le restaurant hhh, aussi propose un restaurant à la carte qui est excellent et un barre magnifique aussi ,la piscine extérieure et aussi intérieur sont excellente tout comme les autres sale de massage spa et salle de sport très spacieuses, la plage calme vous redonnera sûrement envie de revenir très prochainement tout comme moi 😁je tien a remercier tous le personnel et surtout les agents de sécurité et aussi le directeur et le sou directeur mr Rached pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme 😍la Tunisie devient un amour pour nous grâce à des établissement comme vous ❤️
