구가지에서 상당히 먼 곳. 그러나 저렴한 가격에 이만한 곳도 쉽지 않을 곳임. 조식은 다양하고 좋았음. 3박하며 조식시각이 8시부터인데 마지막 날은 버스 출발이 9시라 미리 이야기하니 7시 40분에 미리 먹을 수 있도록 배려해줌

The price was very good and the room quite good in relation to the price. The location was also good when you take the price into account. The attitude from the staff was bad though. They didn't say welcome but just told me to fill in a form when I arrived. Whenever I passed the dess in the morning or evening and said Hello I either didn't get a response or a sour one.

Rummen saknar ventilation och det krävs att fönstren är öppna hela tiden. Eftersom det är lokaliserat nära centrum är det hög ljudnivå i princip hela nätterna vilket kan göra att det är svårt att sova. Väldigt slitet där framförallt badrummet är undermåligt. Den lilla kylen som fanns var ok, men också högljudd. Annars vänlig personal med bra öppettider.

A good budget-friendly option in an original Art Nouveau building. The rooms and amenities are not top-notch anymore, but everything is functional and the staff was utmost friendly and helpful. A refrigerator in the room and an electric kettle on loan from the reception were an additional advantage. We didn't miss breakfast as there are very nice coffee shops in the Stabu iela nearby.

Very good value for money as a good location close to many nice places to eat and to the old town and train station. Not that well maintained with poor WiFi and a bit loud to the hallway but it works just fine.

As others have mentioned…you get what you pay for. We stayed for four days and it did the job. The hotel was clean. Bed linen clean and comfortable. Staff helpful. The location is a flat 15min walk to old town and there are bars and restaurants within a few minutes. I have my own rating system, this is a three glasses of wine hotel and my that I mean after three glasses it’s totally fine :)

Great value. Nicely run-down & atmospheric yet basic things work well enough and just about clean enough. Recommended for travelers who appreciate 'good enough'. Busy street, nice city vibes!

It is what you pay the price for. Personnel wasn't really friendly, rooms were basic. Location was pretty good. Would recommend if you're on a budget & don't need much luxury.

The beds' mattresses supports were collapsing if you sat in corner of the bed. The mattresses themselves are terribly uncomfortable. The bathroom has mold all over the ceiling. The doors were closing only when you locked with the key.
