Aito monisatavuotias majatalo, jossa saattaa eläytyä hyvinkin historiaan. Alakerran pub on yhä kylän sydän ja ilatelämä mukavan letkeätä. Ruoka on varsin kelvollista ja aamiainen tarjoilitiin pöytään. Se oli erinomainen. Tällaisista hotelleista uskoisin kiertomatkalaisten juuri hakevan elämyksiä, joista ei Skandinaviasta saa ja suosittelen ehdottomasti.

Very friendly pub with rooms. Great staff, good beers and very good breakfast. Stairs and lobby areas a bit shabby but room was large, quiet and comfortable. Exceptional value for money in this area.

The location is super for me. This Hotel is OK for the price, or it could be a bit cheaper.

Lovely old pub in a quaint place. large room and great value for money. Good breakfast included in the price. Also fantastic lunch which was super. Would definitely stay again.

Overall Disappointed. Food in pub was v good. Staff friendly. Bed comfy, BUT room in dire need of updating and painting. Was drab and dreary with a filthy chair. walls in terrible state in room and bathroom. Stated on my form that I was vegetarian and to reception desk but was given ham sandwich for my packed breakfast so therefore had no breakfast. Would not stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Olde Worlde charm. Excellant breakfast and very good Shiraz. My friend and I came for Christian conference at the showground and will definitely hope to stay again, possibly for longer next time

Very friendly staff. A good value menu for an evening meal. Rom was good, but could do with a fan or aircon. Shower was only adequate. Breakfast was good.

My meal was delicious in the evening, service fantastic, rooms could do with some t l c ( curtain hooks, lick of paint, new kettle ) but v comfortable bed, linen and towels good quality.

My stay was fine, and I am booked in for another stay. Location perfect 4 me. Had supper at Hotel which was fantastic. Enjoyed my stay.

For the price of bed and large breakfast could not fault. Could not get a table for dinner that night so disappointed nothing was suggested at check-in. Went to Italian next door. Too many body washes and soaps supplied. They were everywhere. Good selection on quantity of tea and coffee although.

Last minute stay for my girlfriend and I while we were in the area. A little pricey for two people for what it is. The room itself was spacious, the en-suite bathroom was very small but the shower fixture/pressure and consistent flow and water made up for it. The en-suite needs a good revamp, the room needs the same too, or at least the ceiling, door frames and walls all need a fresh lick of paint white and magnolia to brighten the place up and compensate for a desperate revamp, curtains need changing or at least fixing. The mattress of the double bed was surprisingly comfortable and the pillows. Towels were not bad either. Had a good night sleep and everything was quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was a big surprise. We were greeted with Howard from Ireland, a very nice chap. Made my girlfriend and I what we wanted. Poached eggs and bacon on toast with fresh real coffee in a French press. The quality of the coffee and bacon and eggs was surprisingly good than what we were expecting or what usually comes with free breakfast on your stay at b&bs . Going forward I would return but you seriously need to decorate and revamp the rooms and make sure the breakfast was impressive for every guest and for every day of the week, consistency is a must.

Stayed for one night visiting friends . Room was adequate - as to be expected in a very old building. Very clean and the dinner and breakfast were very good
