아침 저녁으로 산책하기 좋은 위치에 있어서 라고스 여행에는 최고인거 같아요 조식도 맛있고 수영장과 자쿠지 이용도 좋았어요

While we enjoyed our stay, this resort is tired and dated. I expected a luxurious resort and did not find that. It just feels old and in need of renovations and improvements. We were very disappointed with the accommodations. The first room we had didn't look anything like the photos so they kindly moved us to a larger villa, but that was of equal vintage and while larger, was further away and isolated. The staff however was very kind and helpful.

There were ants everywhere in the apartment, a lot of broken things at the spa. We kind of wish we stayed closer to the cute town of Lagos. Ultimately didn’t really use spa much anyway.

Lovely stay for our first time in Algarve, Portugal. Perfect location to visit all of the beautiful coastal towns. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location, great for running hiking or just walking the shore line. Lovely staff. The main pool is very nice, although a little cold in early June. The spa pool is heated and sheltered from wind. The is gym is across the road from the main hotel and comes with a decent selection of weights and machines. Spa is really nice for massages and has a good sized sauna. We had a room with “no view” which looked out over the spa pool and sea.

Staff was very kind all around. We had some issues with our room and they did their best to make it better which we all appreciated. To Sara, Roel, Lara, Ana and Daniel, thank you!

The room was not maintained very well. We had a 2 bedroom villa that was very spacious. however, the bathroom tiles were cracked, both showers kept overflowing, poor amenities

The restaurant was pricey as compared to other restaurants in the vicinity with slim choices in the evenings.

Beautiful property and amazing breakfast selection but service was poor. Housekeeping might have just as well not done anything - minimal bed makin, did not even empty or clean used glasses/cups. Steam room did not work and staff said it had not worked in a "long time". AC in our room kept getting turned off in the sweltering heat - maintenance overnight was not helpful until next morning.

The property is in a fantastic location for exploring Lagos and the Algarve. The property need some refreshing. Staff 5 star. Roel, a senior customer relations Person, is exceptional. He dealt with all small issues and more than solved the problems. I highly recommend him to his superiors.

Localização é excelente mas não há muito oque fazer no hotel com crianças de 11 anos . As piscinas não são aquecidas e não tem um serviço de recreação. As bicicletas não tinham disponibilidade para locação por serem poucas …. As atividades de adultos na parte fitness todas sem agenda ….. ou seja se escolher escolha pela localização e não pelas atividades.

Cascade Resort is totally wonderful. Beginning from thr whole area over the rooms with incredible shower, comfortable bed, beautiful view and terrasse to the staff. The crew is adorable. Everyone is friendly and attentive. My husband and I were enthusiastic and felt happy through the whole week of our attendence. Thank you so much for your hospitality! This resort is highly recommendable!
