It is relaxing and beautiful here. We enjoyed the nature trails, walked to town to eat, had amazing breakfasts and beet ice cream! I love the eco friendly touches. We would highly recommend this resort.

Stayed for 2 night, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was top-notch — every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the stay. The food at the hotel was also outstanding. Every dishes we had were high quality, fresh, and well-prepared. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Beautiful hotel on beautiful grounds. Our room opened to gardens and a stream. The food was amazing. Staff was extremely attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the trails around the hotel site. We loved our stay and plan to return. Highly recommend staying here.

EXCELENTE HOTEL, ME GUSTO MUCHO LA COMIDA, DE VERDAD MUY BUENA, LA ATENCIÓN EN GENERAL DEL PERSONAL FUE BUENA, LAS RECEPCIONISTAS SUPER AMABLES Y RAPDAMENTE NOS ORGANIZARON UNA ENTRADA A UNA PARQUE. ME HUBIERA GUSTADO QUEDARME UNA NOCHE MAS TAMBIEN PARA DISFRUTAR MAS DE LAS INSTALACIONES.

Our room lacked a tv and ac but we did not miss it as we were out and about most of the time.

The property was beautiful. We enjoyed the trails around the property. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfasts and one diner we had was excellent.

Clean room and the staff even added an extra bed for the third guest we registered.

We had a fantastic time. The tours we booked through the concierge were excellent and our tour guides were truly special. Their enthusiasm was infectious. The resort staff very accommodating and cheerful and the food was outstanding. They were able to accommodate my gluten allergy very well. I highly recommend this hotel and destination.

All the staff were amazing. Friendly, happy, attentive and helpful. The included breakfast had excellent variety and freshness. We stayed 4 days and ate most of our meals in the Lodge's restaurant. All meals were delicious and their menu has more than enough variety. The gardened grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Our room looked out on the gardens and we could hear the sound of the running stream from our private patio. The room was clean and the daily housekeeping and turndown service was impeccable. The grounds had wonderful paths through the cloud forest which were worth walking daily to see and listen to the birds and white-faced capuchins.

Monteverde Lodge est bien situé par rapport aux activités extérieures. L’établissement est propre, chambre ageable mais très peu de rangement.

The staff was very friendly, location was very convenient and the food was very good.

The grounds were beautiful with several short trails. We really enjoyed the night hike. Great food and hospitality.

Alles Tip top sauber und gepflegt. Die Hotelanlage hatte sogar eigene Tierentdeckungspfade und wir haben einen Nasenbären gesehen. Ein kleiner Mängel war, dass sich unser Zimmer unter dem Restaurant befunden hat. Man hat also das Stühlerücken laut gehört. Von 23 bis 5 Uhr war es aber meistens ruhig.

Absolutely loved it! Beautiful location within walking distance of the main hub and onsite dining was delicious. Birdwatching and wildlife tours arranged by hotel were also top-notch. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

The balcony room was beautiful and the hotel restaurant is wonderful. We particular enjoyed breakfast and happy hour. It was very peaceful in the hotel. The only point for improvement would be the cleanliness of the pool - it wasn’t very appealing for swimming.

Absolutely the best place to stay at in Monteverde!!

Room very clean. Staff amazingly friendly - especially the waitstaff and bartenders! They gave us great local suggestions for sunset spots etc. Beautiful grounds. Our room was on first level so we did not have a view but there was a cute balcony with a stream running past.
