직원들은 정말 훌륭하지만, 오래된 호텔이에요. 에어컨 소리가 너무 시끄러웠고, 체크인할 때 램프 버튼에 립스틱 자국이 있었어요. 방은 오래되고 낡은 느낌이었고, 의자 가죽도 낡았어요.

The staff are very nice Help is very good Especially an employee named EDWARD.

Room is clean, nice, and comfortable. The staffs are very nice as well. But the meals are bad. Too salty miso soup, too sweet halo-halo, too bitter pomelo salad, soggy noodles. Food is expensive and the time it takes for them to prepare the food is at least half an hour.

이 호텔의 훌륭한 고객 서비스는 마닐라의 다른 호텔들과 차별화되는 특징입니다. 라마다에 머무는 동안 정말 VIP처럼 느껴졌습니다. 객실은 아름다웠고, 조식 뷔페는 훌륭했으며, 무료 간식도 많이 제공해 주었습니다. 서비스 덕분에 지불한 금액 이상의 만족감을 느꼈습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶은 마음이 간절합니다.

Had a pleasant stay at Ramada. Definitely recommended when you go on a Binondo food trip!

Everyone was so polite and cordial. I left my bluetooth headset in the gym and when I reported it to the front desk, it was returned to me in no time. The hotel us old but well maintained. Better if they have spa and pool. Shuttle service to and from MOA/LCM is a plus. The only downside is the limited parking space but overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Good location and clean, breakfast is nice too.

If in binondo this hotel is the cleanest, most comfortable and safest.

Staying here was a great experience, it's close to where we went and the bed is comfortable.
