The lobby staffs were very kind and helped us well. However, the bathroom drainage was poor, and as soon as I started showering, the bathroom flooded. Additionally, the air conditioner wasn't blowing cool air properly.

It was a paradise!!

This is my second time at this hotel. The staff provide good service in this hotel and are very nice. The buffet breakfast is also very good, with made-to-order eggs in whatever form desired. Rooms (I booked the executive room) were big and spacious, and quiet away from the bustling mess that is outside.

Located right next to Chinatown, this is a hotel with staff that provide good service. The hotel breakfast was more than adequate and for this price, is quite a deal. Hotel staff also arranged packed breakfast given that I had an early flight and that was a very nice touch. Only small problem was that there was a weird smell in the toilet (I think other reviewers have also pointed this out) and the hairdryer did not work. The bed was comfortable and the check-in/out procedures were alright too. As long as you don't come here with expectations of SPG hotel-style luxury fittings, you will most likely be impressed with the service provided at this hotel.

차이나타운 옆이라고 했는데, 입구 안쪽에 있음. 가격이 저렴하고 편하게 즐겼지만 .. 차이나타운이라 호불호가 갈려요. 저는 그닥 좋진 않았어요. 거리에 널부러져 누워있는 사람이 엄청 많고, 돈달라는 애들이 달라붙기도 하고, 뭔가 안전상은 조금은 위험해보여요. 실제로 위험을 당하진 않았지만, 그래도 조심하게 되는거 같아요. 택시타면 라마다 호텔을 잘 모르는 기사님들이 많아요. 그냥 차이나타운 가달라고해서 거기서 요리조리 가라고 말해줘야 더 빨리 길을 알수 있어요. 차이나 타운 입구가 몇개 있다고 하는 기사가 있으면, 존슨브릿지 오버 데얼 이라고 하면 되요. 라마다 호텔이 존슨 브릿지 건너면 바로 있거든요.

I stayed this hotel for two nights. Check-in was delayed for three hours on the first day. Even though I finished the reservation and payment for staying in advance on the webpage of hotels.com, the hotel staffs refused my check-in. Because "hotels.com" hadn't payed for my room yet. After all, I had to give the staff my credit card for deposit. Moreover,there was a phone-call very early in the morning on Sunday about 6:30A.M. After several ringing, it stopped before i answer the phone. I called the front and asked why you called me. the staff told me that it was for breakfast. Actually, i'd never asked the staff of morning call. To tell the truth it was the staff's mistake and he told me a lie. I was very unpleasant and complained it to the manager. The manager said after investigation, there will be proper penalty to the staff. and let me know by e-mail. However, there hasn't been any e-mail from the hotel yet. aleady 2 month went by. *I thought all staffs in this hotel including the manager treat guests very easy... that was really disappointing. Also this hotel located very very wrong place. from the SM-mall to this hotel, the taxi drivers asks for about 500 pesos. *you seriously consided staying at this ramada hotel!!!

Everything was good about this hotel, except don't order a pizza from the restaurant because it looks and tastes like an old shoe sole. Plus it wasburned.

Room was updated, spacious and clean, shower pressure was strong, checking out was a bit painful - if you are in a rush or have a tour check out at least 20mins before as the wait long, location was excellent, felt safe at night, staff are amazing

A grand suite with two bedrooms kitchenette, spacious bathrooms. Ample closet space living room, dining room just a top tier accomodation no complaints here.

The staff!! This hotel had so much heart. The best service and friendliest staff. Great hospitality. Room itself was good. A bit minimal and older but great bed and sleep. Clean as well
