This hotel's excellent customer service is what sets it apart from other hotels in Manila. We really felt like VIPs during our stay in Ramada. The room was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was great and they gave us lots of free treats. With their service, we felt like we got so much more than what we paid for. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a nice hotel right in old Manila. That means narrow roads, foot and vehicular traffic with hit and miss sidewalks, crowded, chaotic with people from various walks of life. It’s right beside Binondo church (Dominican 1596) and it’s the “first Chinatown” across the river from Intramuros which is the Spanish colonial fort. The modern infrastructure like electricity and communications can be seen to be retrofitted as times modernized; these were the first models of lessons learned in the present urbanization playbook. In many ways the place is frozen in time and for me, that’s the charm.

Amazing hospitality and very friendly. A few minutes after I checked in, the front desk lady who checked me in and welcomed me to the stay, called my room and asked how I liked the room. I was pleasantly shocked with their attendance! The morning breakfast was wonderful. All kitchen and dine-in staff were very pleasant and all as one team. I enjoyed my three nights stay at the Ramada Manila Central in Chinatown. I’ll definitely stay there again.

I loved everything about this hotel, on the inside. I stayed during the week-long Chinese New Year celebrations, which made the surrounding streets and sidewalks crowded, loud and unsafe.
