Best hotel we've stayed in. Staff were superb. Hotel amenities were first class. Well maintained. Very quiet, although near to everything. Definetly stay again.

This is a beautiful property, great service and good food! We felt that the location was good for visiting the island. We did not like the atmosphere at Playa de Palma beach, which was a short walk away. Too many young tourists partying and being silly. The bus stop is a short walk away which is helpful. We thought the half board was worth while. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and there’s a wonderful woman Dipa at the restaurant always making sure we had all we needed.

Great hotel, well maintained. Great pool area and spa. Outside pools not heated. 10 minutes from Palma airport and 20 minutes from Palma in a cab.

Un site exceptionnel et un personnel de grande qualité. Accueil, gentillesse sympathie. Le petit-déjeuner exceptionnel. Je recommande cet hôtel son Spa et ses piscines.

Schönes großes Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer. Frühstück perfekt, außer die "Mini-Kaffeetassen". Aber damit kann man leben. Aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal.

Très bel hôtel, bien entretenu et bien situé. 2nd sejour dans cet hôtel et pas de regret. Les repas du petit-déjeuner et diners sont excellents, le SPA et salle de sport supers. Un grand MERCI a Sandra pour sa gentillesse et au jeune homme qui s'occupe des consignes qui est toujours souriant.

Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet sowie auch beim Abendbuffet! Außerdem waren die Speisen sehr gut und lecker!

Hyvä aamiainen. Toimiva kylpylä, jossa oli myös kunnon kokoinen lämmitetty sisäallas. Siinä pystyi uimaan ihan kunnolla. Ei ihan rannalla, mutta hienot ulkouima-altaat myös.

Das Hotel ist nur zu Empfehlen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles sehr sauber, ein sehr reichhaltig Frühstücksbuffet, tolle Pools. Die Lage ist etwas ruhiger am Ballermann und trotzdem nah, ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten zum Bierkönig.drr Laufweg gehört zu den sichereren. Sehr gemischte Gäste, von Sportlern bis Ballermanngänger. Daher kann es Nachts manchmal kurz etwas lauter werden, aber völlig im Rahmen. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Overall the property was amazing and staff friendly and professional. But The Breakfast! OMG. Everything else palea in comparison You have to love a buffet that no includes Bubbly and Caviar Kudos !

The place was beautiful and tidy, offering great features like a spotless spa and an excellent breakfast selection.

Leider haben wir Zimmer erwischt die ziemlich dunkel und sehr hellhörig waren. Das Nachbarkind hat um 6 Uhr morgens angefangen zu schreien - an schlafen war nicht zu denken. Der Garten war überhaupt nicht schön und unangelegt ohne Gras usw. Zur Außenseite der Straßen im Erdgeschoss, für zwei Frauen ungut, wir hatten Angst das Fester Nachts aufzulassen.

Loved this hotel, we didn’t have quite the bed set up we booked by it was a great room and we had a huge balcony which was fab for my son to play on. The only real downside was that the beds were very firm so neither myself or my husband slept particularly well. Also families should be aware that in spring the outdoor pool is very cold and kids can only use the indoor pool from 10-12am but the spa and sauna facilities were a huge asset. Would definitely recommend.
