The exterior of hotel is really old especially the elevator made me to think that I chose a wrong hotel. But the interior of hotel was actually nice and had everything that needs. Also the staff was really nice but they couldn't speak English so I had to use a translator. The problem of the hotel was not a hotel, but a club located nearby. They went over 12pm. So better ask a for quite room otherwise it would be really uncomfortable.

Equipe, personnel, du dejeuner, l accueil, et femme de ménage impeccable, se mettent a votre portée pour tout. L hotel est central, un peu vieillissant mais impeccable. Vu la proximité de la 5 eme avenue et l activité ô croirait difficilement etre au calme et pas du tout, super double vitrage. On y reviendra des que possible Laetitia manu et Anthony

The water was very cold in the shower only would stay warm for five minutes. The facilities are beautiful clean staff was there 24 seven. The only thing was that the Jacuzzi was not working.

Hotel bien situé, mais très de base pour ce qui est de la propreté et du service. Un bon choix pas cher, en plein milieu de la ville près de tout. Le meilleur atout de cet hotel, c’est le toit-terasse. Piscine, spa, restaurant, tout y était parfait!!

The rooms were very spacious and the hotel is very central, great location and very nice roof top. There is no hot tub.

Hotel was out dated, dirty & poor management. Sheets were dirty & had stain, towels were so old & pale. No soap & shampoo , we were asking for few days & finally bought by ourselves. Not a four star only one star motel! Not happy at all. 🙂

No hot water in the shower, the mattress is probably from the early 2000s old enough to have visible wear. Excellent staff.

Pésimo servicio por parte del vigilante nocturno y además no habían colchas y se enojaron cuando las pedimos en recepción, limitando a dos colchas por ambas recámaras, cuando yo renté dos suites

The rooftop pool was fantastic! The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and the cocktails were delicious! We recommend the guacamole too! The location is perfect if you’d like to walk to the beach, 5th avenue and other attractions.

Nice place

Room was dirty, no refrigerator but had a huge bar area, had mold, hot water didn’t work, room smelt of bleach, we had kids with us and the shower was in the middle of the room and was all glass. I asked to be moved to another room and they were rude and said only for an extra charge.
