더 팜 앳 플라자

The exterior of hotel is really old especially the elevator made me to think that I chose a wrong hotel. But the interior of hotel was actually nice and had everything that needs. Also the staff was really nice but they couldn't speak English so I had to use a translator. The problem of the hotel was not a hotel, but a club located nearby. They went over 12pm. So better ask a for quite room otherwise it would be really uncomfortable.

La verdad decepcionados, estuvimos en ese sitio 3 años atrás, nos dimos cuenta que han cambiado de dueños por lo tanto todo se ve terriblemente, poco ciudad, los empleados de allí no tienen la culpa de eso. El servicio, atención y amabilidad es un 5 estrellas, pero el resto muy muy malo. Este es un mensaje para la nueva administración o dueño de este sitio, que pena que tengan el hotel así, las cosas se rompen en pedazos, baños descuidados, humedad o moho por donde quiera. Me saco sombrero para las personas que trabajan allí y dan lo mejor con lo poco que tienen, mis respetos, gracias !

The breakfast was awful

el personal muy amable, tranquilo, todo cerca.

Habitación muy amplia, buena área de alberca y el bar, el desayuno incluído es muy simple, hotel céntrico, falta mantenimiento a las instalaciones pero tuve buen hospedaje.

Good location, steps from the famed 5th Avenue. The suite I had was clean and spacious but lacked character, art. The only common space is the rooftop pool area and bar which is nice, friendly staff. But there was rarely anyone in the rooftop pool area. Bummer.

I took photos of when I left and after I left and I definitely had my stuff gone through. I bought a lock the next day. My room was also smelly and half the lights were not working. They also wanted to charge me for having a friend visit a few hours

The staff and room was great. The towels were grey and could need upgrading. Very quiet and was reasonable for the price

Ufortjent dårlig omtale. Deler av hotellet var noe nedslitt og skulle hatt renovering, men totalen var fremdeles veldig bra. Vi hadde et utmerket opphold og tilbrakte mye av tiden på den fantastiske takterrassen. Her var det herlig stemning, happy hour og oppvarmet basseng (itillegg til et vanlig). Restauranten hadde fantastisk mat og god service.

The Palm is getting older and is in need of some repair. The maintenance of the Palm is in desperate need of an improvement! As a long time visitors we have seen the damage and decline of the property, for example the toilet seat shouldn’t slide around as you sit because the toilet seat is broken! The towels should not feel like sandpaper and a face cloth or wash cloth is now nonexistent and when asking about it you get looked at and treated like you are crazy! The plus side is you can get away and use the beach club at the Carmen hotel down the block to the beach! Very nice place and amenity! The Palm is comfortable but don’t expect a luxury experience! Rain showers were hot but needs to be cleaned so the shower heads can rain fully and not drizzle! Overall doable but do not expect a blanket if you get cold or a toilet seat that is safe to use, or hospitable treatment.

La comodidad de la habitación, muy amplia. El sector de piscinas y bar. Muy atento el personal.

Alt var slidt helt ned. Mærkelig lugt af kloak på værelset. Vandskade i loftet der dryppede under hele opholdet. Dørene til altsn kunne ikke lukke. Derudover fik vi først værelse kl 19, selvom indtjek var kl 15. De 2 stjerner er til personalet der serverede morgenmad. Hvis man alligevel booker på The Palm, så husk ørepropper. Det er umuligt at sove uden pga larm fra gade og pool.

Löjhört och vårt rum hade fönster mot korridor innevägg , inget ljusinsläpp för gardinerna fick man såklart ha fördragna Bara ett tunnt lakan i sängen. Bra hygienartiklar. Toaletten luktade kloak. Ok rent.

Toilet seat was broken, the room looked as if it were not properly cleaned, some substance smeared on one of the nightstands, and the staff were not at all friendly or welcoming!

La locación

Hotel has a lot of potential. Hot tub was not hot :/ aside from luke water. Front desk is not the greatest with service. Otherwise, location is great. Rooms are very spacious

The room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. I wish they have provided more bottles of water. They only provided two small bottles the first night and that was it.

The whole place is in need of some fixing up. We checked in to a dirty room with hair on the sheets and multiple contact lenses in the window ledge. They told us to wait an hour for them to clean up. Came back and the lenses were still there!! No wash cloths. Shower was leaking all over the floor. No blankets just a tiny sheet to cover yourself. Only one bath towel per person. When we asked for an extra we were told no by the cleaner. The location and pool are the only reason I gave them 2 stars. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
