Amazing staff and rooftop 🙌 very humid in the hotel room but I’ve been here without staying over so I love this place :)

Nice rooms

The rooms were very spacious and the hotel is very central, great location and very nice roof top. There is no hot tub.

Hotel was out dated, dirty & poor management. Sheets were dirty & had stain, towels were so old & pale. No soap & shampoo , we were asking for few days & finally bought by ourselves. Not a four star only one star motel! Not happy at all. 🙂

Muy bien todo

No hot water in the shower, the mattress is probably from the early 2000s old enough to have visible wear. Excellent staff.

Pésimo servicio por parte del vigilante nocturno y además no habían colchas y se enojaron cuando las pedimos en recepción, limitando a dos colchas por ambas recámaras, cuando yo renté dos suites

The rooftop pool was fantastic! The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and the cocktails were delicious! We recommend the guacamole too! The location is perfect if you’d like to walk to the beach, 5th avenue and other attractions.

Nice place

Room was dirty, no refrigerator but had a huge bar area, had mold, hot water didn’t work, room smelt of bleach, we had kids with us and the shower was in the middle of the room and was all glass. I asked to be moved to another room and they were rude and said only for an extra charge.

Room was not what it used to be! Smelled like it went through a hurricane and never repaired. No smoke detectors, holes around air conditioning and the bathroom shower head. No waitresses at the pool. Ripped up large layout beds. One single lay down chair (unlike photos) no cushions on backs of chairs. People were bringing their room throw pillows to the pool? Towels are crusty supposed to be white but gray now and they have the logo of another property. Time for a remodel! Must be new management because we loved the customer service and came 2x a year. We left early and to be fair got the prorated days refunded. Photos on website are from long ago.

No hot water in shower

This hotel has priceless location right in the middle of the Playa Carmen fun area. Rooms are big and well noise isolated as there are many nightclubs around. The rooftop pool is great The

Rooftop was nice. Two pools up there . The family room is really weird though . The only bathroom and the master bedroom are in the same room so anyone showering, using the sink or using the toilet will disturb whoever is in the bed that is literally right beside that. The shower and the bed are only separated by clear floor to ceiling glass. The kitchen and other two beds are in the other room. So that room is set up super weird. Staff seemed a bit disorganized but were friendly enough. It was also loud at night until 3 am because of a club nearby . We all slept with noise cancelling earbuds or didn’t sleep until 3 am when the music stopped . We spent 3 nights here and all were the same.
