La atención en recepción fue muy lenta y confusa.

We had good hopes of this hotel, the reviews are pretty mixed up, So here's my personal take on a two day booking experience, first thing we did at check in was reserve the so called underground "natural" thermal water pool / SPA, to my surprise it was just a pool under the premises with lots of water jets and cascades for body massage, in company of about 10 to 15 people at a time with a strong smell of chlorine. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and was really disappointed with the food, we ordered the best to dishes recommend by our waiter and it was almost inedible. The AC in the room was not working right and got really Hot at night & the bed was incredibly Hard, I only got 1 hour of sleep. The next morning we told the front desk about the room being so hot, and they turned the AC ON and it sounded super loud, I have the audio, I guess thats why they didn't turn it on all night. We checked out a day early and they said we couldn't get a refund cause we booked it thru Expaedia. Lastly I want to point out that the hotels premises are beautiful and nicely renovated with Big potential. Is just poorly managed :(

Desayuno espectacular, camas comidísimas, spa bastante completo, personal atento en todo momento. Es muy probable que repita y recomiendo el hotel, me encantó mi estancia!

petit déjeuner remarquable tant par la quantité que la qualité des produits.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre alors qu il faisait 27°, la reception nous a indiqué qu il nebmettait pascla climatisation car il chauffait la nuit et sunil fallaitbattendrevla nuit carvil faisait froid. Finalement apres avoir insisté on nous a changé de chambre moins exposé au soleil .

Great size suite, easy check in and lovely spa facilities. Short staffed in the restaurant and service was less than perfect. A special building, particularly the central atrium.

Very nice hotel. One small thing is that everythings costs extra. Parking, more expensive that advertised. Bike rental the same.

Muy buena experiencia, destacar el Spa y su personal y el desayuno. En la piscina exterior era difícil encontrar una hamaca libre. Para una escapada de relax, muy recomendable

A must stay! Hotel and spa in a beautiful historic building. Thermal bath was a treat. Room was the BEST. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Great location. Highly recommend.

Soraya at the spa was incredible, very helpful and kind. Sergio at bar was also helpful and gave us tip to move around, though someone else wasn’t that thoughtful and kind when an English speaker came to the bar, appalling behaviour but hospitality stuff. Mentioned to front desk and no follow up was given… shame really! Hotel is super quiet , good food and breakfast and spa is decent as well.
