The night staff was rude. No clean up of the room in 3 night. Fridge broke down la night, they told me that because i use the hairdryer at the same Time… I have no haïr. Only one spa open and yellow water. Pool was under work last Day. Lot of noise coming from pool repair until 9:45pm. Dirty room, Even the enveloppe for tip was dirty. In general, was not what it use to be, this hotel is running down. Stay away.

Le motel es tres bien. Vieux un peu mais on as eu un séjours merveilleux. Merite un 4 étoile. Les gens son tellement gentils. La piscine chaude. Le restaurant tellement bon. Je vais y retourner pour sure.

restaurant was kind of cold due to all the windows. Excercise area could use a refresh and better equipment.

Oui, j'ai beaucoup aimé leur clientèle discrète et respectueuse ainsi que les propriétaires très charmant.

Oui les spa et piscine bien entretenu

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Both times we had a nice experience however, I would confirm if your room has been renovated. The first time we stayed, the room seemed a bit out of date… But the second time our room was a renovated one and everything was perfect.

Great and cozy. Pool Area was really hot though. Great spa area outdoor.

Yes the staff is very nice

La chambre présidentielle est propre mais un peu vieillotte. La douche est étroite, du style années 80-90. L’escalier pour se rendre à la chambre est quel peu périlleux. Le décor de l’hôtel en général aurait besoin d’une remise au goût du jour. Michèle et l’homme à la réception sont d’une grande écoute et gentillesse. Pour ce qui est deux autres réceptionnistes, meh… Luciana et Mélanie au spa sont toutes deux très attentionnées et compétentes. J’y retournerai sûrement. Peut-être une chambre romantique la prochaine fois. Elles semblent plus actuelles.

Il a fait froid dans la chambre. Le thermomètre n’avait pas l’air de fonctionné. La chambre manque d’amour.
