Einziges Manko: WLAN schwach bis unbrauchbar in meinem Zimmer. Ich hatte ein Eckzimmer; möglich, dass das WLAN in Zimmern nahe der Rezeption stabiler ist. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber und das Bett bequem. Leider etwas Schimmel an der Decke, was wohl durch die extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit schwer zu vermeiden ist. Sehr positiv ist die Klimaanlage zu bewerten, denn ohne sie bei dem Klima sonst nicht auszuhalten

Buena localizacion y facil acceso. El personal fue atento. No pudimos disfrutar el desayuno por los horarios de las excursiones pero nos ofrecieron un "lunch box" a cambio que nos resolvio bien.

The pool was enjoyable but the customer service was poor.

Las camas están en muy mal estado y la piscina enmedio del hotel hace las noches bastante ruidosas.

The hotel is in front of the lake and has a pool facing the lake. Best sunset view ever. They even have a bar in the pool. The food was okay. But the staff went above and beyond for us. We had paid for breakfast but because we were leaving before breakfast time, they gave us a to go meal. Also helped us with the shuttle for the airport. Best experience thus far

Loved the staff but I think it needs new features like in the bathrooms. New shower curtains. But over all I loved that place!

Raul on reception was fantastic, really helpful and kind. The location is great and the area lovely. Room was unfortunately smelly. We opened the door , window ,had the fan on constantly and even put the AC on to run the air through but it didn't make much difference. There's no fan in the bathroom and all our clothes got very damp and sticky. We tried to sit outside as much as we could.

Room looked tired and in need of decoration. Nice view from balcony and friendly staff. The road in front of the hotel has been flooded for months, which is sad. Flores was a lovely place to visit.

La habitación limpia y con buen aire acondicionado. Muy buena ubicación respecto el puente de entrada a la Isla de Petén. Recomendable.

El hotel es bonito y funcional. Tiene una vista al lago preciosa, que se disfruta más con una bebida del bar. Todo el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y resolutivo. Nos encantó estar aquí, sin duda una opción recomendable y con muy buena relación calidad precio. Gracias por todo.

Clean room with nice view and patio. Convenient location too. They even packed me a meal for my 3am Tikal sunrise tour.

Hôtel très bien situé Propreté ok mais il y a de la maintenance à faire trop de petits détails pas bien La personne qui nettoie la chambre fait toujours de beaux animaux avec votre serviette 👍 Il y a un bar à côté avec de la musique tres fort jusqu’à 1h du matin La vue est sympa
