Muito bom hotel, com quartos limpos e aquecidos (inverno), funcionários atenciosos e comida ótima.

Confusos quanto a explicação do voucher sobre o servico de massagem por isso nao usamos pois queriam cobrar pela massagem nao considetando o deaconto oferecido pela reserva No mais nada a reclamar , bom hotel porem pelo valor da diaria esperava um pouco mais

We had a fabulous stay at Habitas Atacama, we felt looked after and the staff were amazing. Food was also fantastic, wish we had stayed longer!

Loved the stay at Our Habitas Atacama. The staff were amazing Room was wonderfully decorated with Atacama wellness vibes The entire property was designed with a lot of thought Breakfast was super healthy which fit our lifestyles perfectly

Falta armário no quarto (7 dias com as roupas dentro da mala), não tem cofre, falta ar condicionado (mas parece que é uma regra da cidade - não entendi nada), tinha uma goteira no banheiro que pingava em cima da pia e molhava tudo o que ficava em cima e a propriedade é longe da rua principal (Caracoles), uns 15 minutos caminhando no sol e na poeira da rua.

Assim que chegamos tivemos que esperar até as 15 para entrar no quarto, ok, eu avisei que como gozo e o hotel tinha privilegio do hotel.com de chek in tardio, que eu precisaria de pelo menos uma hora após as 12 hs do dia da saida já que tinhamos um passeio que retornaria as 12, mas precisariamos tomar banho, guardar as roupas geladas do passeio para ficar aguardando o transfer, não deixaram e foram irredutiveis quanto a sair as 12, tivemos que cancelar o passeio. Não tem ducha higiénica no banheiro do quarto, a limpeza é ruim, os recepcionistas são antipáticos e nenhum fala portugues. O pessoal do restaurante super simpatico e atenciosos.O centro é um pouco distante e hotel não oferece transfer para lá.

Lovely staff. 8 nights stay. No evidence of general manager. 1--And eco friendly oasis. But endless boom box music throughout the complex. Inappropriate and far from relaxing. 2- Pool lovely but badly need to invest in modern functional sunloungers. Impossible to get comfortable with what is there. Also poorly maintained. 3--There is Black plastic Rat Catcher Box literally outside dining room. Very bad. 4-- On arrival and when having lunch the manageress was holding a zoom call on her laptop shattering the quiet of tye dining area and we could hear the whole call that went on for 25 mins. That should have been done in an office. We went on vacation not to hear her business call while dining. 5-- Pool area is for relaxation. Guests brought boom boxes shattering the quiiet quiet. Also endless loud poolside facetime calls and showing no regard for the "peaceful" atmosphere they say is there. It is not peaceful. 6-- Management should have signs throughout advising of "quiet areas" where facetime, cpnference calls and such are not allowed. Otherwise it is like any other hotel.

No air conditionings Great dining

Decepcionante a área da piscina. Simplesmente só existe espaço na sombra para 2 quartos simultaneamente.

Had a great stay, room was clean. Could use a little more lighting inside the rooms, would not want more outside because it would ruin the stars. Not air conditioned, but it gets so cool at night that even in the summer it didn't really bother me. There is heat if you need it.

Beautiful place The rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished The service offered by the staff at the restaurant could be improved. We spent 5 nights there and decided to go out for dinner most nights to avoid waiting and asking for the same thing many times. I hope they’ll improve…

Incrível!

The surrounding of the hotel - Atacama desert - is a magical place. Front desk personnel was very supportive. Only reservations of external restaurants are not supported! Unfortunatelly the hotel was not what we expected. The breakfast was poor, only 3 different types of fruit, yoghurt out of a bottle, premade coffee from a bin. Just to name a few. Adding unmotivated personnel in the restaurant brings me to a poor overall evaluation. Also, only 4 sunbeds by the pool for 50 rooms - that doesn‘t add up.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel mit einzelnen Lodges als Zimmer. Pool area sehr schön, nur das wasser war etwas dreckig. Es werden auch Aktivitäten wie Pilates angeboten. Innenstadt von San Pedro fußläufig erreichbar

This is a very neat hotel. It is clean and is very romantic. The restaurant staff argued among themselves and made a very poor effort. Walk into town for better service.

one of the better properties in the area. staff was friendly and helpful but limited service options. particularly slow dining services.

Location is fat wash if you want to walk to Caracoles St (main “downtown” area), no rooms basic services, like iron, a/c, room service, comfortable chairs, mind no TV or even radio.
