The staff was lovely, the food excellent and the property beautiful. Unfortunately we had trouble getting hot water each day of our stay and we wished the free activities were earlier in the morning as otherwise they conflicted with excursions.

The rooms offer limited wardrobe space, and the overall level of service does not consistently match the hotel’s concept.

Quarto com cheiro de umidade. Pouco iluminado, aliás iluminação pessima. O banheiro também. Fiquei na parte antiga do hotel que está mal conservada, precisa de reforma. Pedi para mudar de quarto, fiquei 6 noites, não me atenderam. Sem lugar para colocar roupas, somente meia prateleira, com poucos cabides. Não recomendo e não volto.

Great staff, very clean and nice property, i would have rated 4/5 for pioneer rooms being a bit smaller in size and the hotel did not provide any dental or amenities kit. But the anstronomy experience and the swimming pool more than makes up for the smaller things. Keep it going guys, i would definitely visit again for a longer time

The property grounds are beautiful and peaceful. I loved my room. It was clean and comfortable and had an outdoor shower. The restaurant is fantastic and well priced. The staff was super helpful. I also had an excellent massage while I was there.

Very beautiful place staff is very friendly, however in our three days there we had too many issues with restaurant and reception. One our two issues could have been excused but altogether that really hindered our stay: - charged my credit card a second time for the stay (I had paid in full at check in, they refunded me the extra charge after I complained) - Forgot our meal orders at the restaurant, we complained, they realized their mistake and rushed the kitchen to prepare our food, we waited an hour to eat a half cold rushed burger. The restaurant was not super busy that day. They apologised and offered a 10% discount, felt like too little to late.m - Reception advised us to see the sunset at a mirador that closes before sunset, we rode our bikes there to realize it was closed. - we asked if there was hot water in the early morning that we could take to el tatio, they guaranteed there would be. In the morning there was coffee (which is nice) but no hot water, we asked the receptionist if we could have hot water, they said no. Minor issue but we had especially asked about it the night before and had been assured it would be available and would had been nice to have knowing it was -12C at el Tatio. - the free bikes is a great service, however they are not maintained, the gears don’t work so well and the seat of my bike broke during a ride. If you plan to do a proper bike tour, rent bikes in the city. The lady at the gate was very friendly and helpful.

O quarto é excelente, a comida e atendimento do restaurante deixaram a desejar. O time do Nosso almoço demorou muito e veio um frango quase impossivel de comer de tão apimentado e não havia nada na descrição disto.

All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming and supportive. The facilities and included activities (yoga, sound healing & star-gazing) were excellent. An absolute pleasure talking to Oscar about the construction, maintenance and history of hotel and community. Cristobal has built a fantastic team and we could see they had a real focus on 'connection'

Nossa estadia no Our Habitas de Atacama foi perfeita! Estávamos em dois adultos e duas crianças e os meus filhos amaram o Hotel. De fato tudo muito lindo e super organizado. Um agradecimento super especial ao Fernando , que nos atendia no restaurante sempre com bom humor , cuidado e carinho , e ao nosso conterrâneo Luís Fernando que nos ajudou quando precisávamos de ajuda e foi igualmente atencioso comigo e com as crianças. É sempre bom estarmos em volta de pessoas tão bacanas durante as férias. Localização 10, quarto 10 e atendimento de todos no hotel nota 10. Nos sentimos muito Cuidados durante a nossa estadia. Com certeza recomendaremos e se voltarmos à San Pedro vamos nos hospedar novamente em Our Habitas.
