The spa facility was advertised as luxury, but the water quality was not managed, and small trash and hair floated on the water, the room was very small and old.

장점은 5성급 고급호텔로 디럭스룸에 소파와 테이블이 있는 넓은 객실, 인근 지역이 쾌적하고 조용하며, 슈테판 성당 등 15분 거리 내 위치하고 있습니다. 단점은 침구류가 전혀 편안하지 않았고, 조식은 치즈, 뮤즐리 종류는 다양하나 손이 가는 음식이 없습니다. 일정 중 객실 변경이 있었는데, 직원이 캐리어 이동시켜주겠다는 사소한 서비스도 지켜지지 않았습니다. 고급호텔의 가격 대비 별로이며 비추천합니다.

아늑하고 품격있는 객실 및 로비가 매우 훌륭하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 시설도 나무랄 것이 없습니다. 비엔나 링의 약간 외곽쪽이긴 하지만 오히려 조용하고 아늑합니다. 전철을 이용하면 이동에 큰 불편이 없습니다.

직원들이 생각보다 불친절합니다. 형식적 응대 수준을 넘지 못하네요. 캠핀스키 브랜드 믿고 갔는데 좀 실망입니다.

지금까지 방문해 본 수십개의 호텔 중 최고의 친절과 서비스. 침대가 몹시 안락함. 지하철역이 매우 가까워 이동이 편리. 도심 주요 관광지는 걸어서 이동가능.

Overall, our stay was great. Can’t complain about anything in general. I didn’t give it a full 5 stars as there were some minor things that were overlooked and that stood out to me. 1. The coffee in the minibar was never restocked. I had to call twice to get more coffee 2. The shower head from the rainforest shower part had only half the nozzles working. 3. The button mechanics for the bath and shower were, while kinda cool at first, ended up being wonky and felt a little gimmicky. Aside from that, the staff were very friendly, room service was timely, and the facilities and overall hotel was beautiful.

What an amazing hotel! The staff was so kind and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. For the first time I stayed at a hotel with the shower and bathtubs were so easy to use (very high tech). Conveniently located! Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic, don’t miss out.
