풀만 브뤼셀 센터 미디 호텔은 특히 기차 여행객에게 편안하고 편리한 호텔입니다. 가장 큰 장점은 브뤼셀 미디역과 바로 연결되어 있어 유로스타 환승을 포함한 모든 교통수단을 이용하기에 매우 편리하다는 점입니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 편안하고, 좋은 침대와 현대적인 편의시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 일부 시설은 약간의 사용감이 느껴지지만, 전반적으로 잘 관리되어 휴가객에게 적합합니다. 직원들은 대체로 친절하고 도움이 되며, 체크인도 원활하게 진행됩니다. 조식은 다양한 메뉴로 구성되어 있습니다. 주변 역 주변은 밤에 다소 번잡하고 불편할 수 있지만, 호텔 내부는 안전하고 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 전반적으로 편리함, 편안함, 그리고 교통 접근성을 중요하게 생각한다면 이 호텔은 매우 좋은 선택입니다. 브뤼셀에서의 단기 체류나 환승에 이상적입니다. 평점: 9/10 👍

No signage to direct you to the hotel even though it is located in Brussels Midi station. Shocked when there was no water from the tap & shower in the morning. Called reception but only cold water was restored. Called again for hot water to be restored. Did not expect this from Pullman hotel.

We arrived quite late at night, bone tired and just wanted to sleep. I booked two rooms and was initially given two rooms which are far from each other. Fine then, I don't really mind but then when I got to my room it was so hot I found it hard to breathe. Called front desk to ask how to adjust the temperature as the window couldn't be opened (this is in the middle of winter) and was told that they would adjust it from their side and I had to wait ten minutes. Waited and still so hot I couldn't relax. Finally front desk told me to just move room and ended up in a room next to the other room that I booked, meaning that they could have put us next to each other the whole time but opted not to, which is petty and not very nice in my opinion. Room card key kept failing at the elevator I had to replace them twice. Seats at the reception near the station exit were very uncomfortable, which I suspect was intentional to chase away guests who would sit there while waiting for the train, another petty thing about this supposedly luxurious hotel I just couldn't tolerate. This is the second disappointing Accord hotel I've encountered whilst in Europe. Will think twice before booking one of those again.
