Nous avons très mal dormi dans une chambre surchauffée avec aucune possibilité de faire descendre la température. Après 2 jours de plainte et de faux essais de réparer la Clim une réceptionniste nous a enfin expliqué qu’il n’y avait rien à faire car l’hôtel est équipé d’un chauffage centralisé !

Very nice hotel and professional staff. Comfortable bed and consistent Wi Fi. Breakfast is plentiful. Though the location is not necessarily the most desirable or nicest area in Brussels, it is very convenient to the main MIDI/Zuid train station. The Grand Place is an easy 20-25 minutes' walk. It is an excellent choice, if you want to stay by the MIDI station. Thank you.

Meget fint hotell med høy standard, men noe shabby utseende og fasiliteter. Veldig praktisk i nærheten til togstasjon og kun 20 minutter gangeavstand til bysentrum.

Hot water and air conditioning didn’t work and telling the front to be told sorry no technician on the weekend without any problem solving is lazy. Staff didn’t try to interact any time we left or came back and there wasn’t even enough towels in the room for the people booked, was told someone would bring them and 6 hours later had to go get ourselves. Lazy staff need some customer centric training

Très bel hôtel bien situé pour le transport par train ou métro, belles chambres super propres, très bien insonorisées, literie très confortable, déjeuner superbe avec beaucoup de choix, personnel très courtois. Environs de l’hôtel un peu agité avec la gare, mais pas dangereux.

Warm front desk staff as well as restaurant and bar staff! Great dining and drinking experiences within the hotel. Amazing location for national and international travels right next to district trains to other cities (Gent and Brugge) the Eurostar, as well as venturing into the city even by foot, less than 30 minutes walking to reach the centre. Local market on Sunday's just outside (not anything to make time to see (stall foods and hygiene products). My stay was quiet and unproblematic, every European city has good and bad areas, at night I would advise not going out alone if not street-savvy. The rooms are designed and furnished modern with great views of the city. I booked a twin room and received a double instead which was not ideal, sharing with my friend. We chose not to change it due to only staying for 2 nights/ staying in two different rooms for only 2 days would have caused more hassle. Some areas of the room were also not serviced great, cleaning could be improved, the cups in the bathroom were stained, we had no shower gel and had to request this, a new bottle was just left on the side, and some of the carpet had not been hoovered. Unsure whether this is a fault of the hotel or Expedia but the hotel was advertised as a spa, this was the only reason we booked. Unfortunately there is no spa. The gym is tiny, it would comfortably fit 2-3 people with limited equipment and there is a sauna that would fit 4-5 people comfortably.

Buono standard. Bell'albergo, personale gentile e disponibile ottima colazione. La posizione da un lato è veramente strategica, l'Hotel è dentro la stazione Midi, dall'altro, come in tutte le stazioni, la sera non è un bel vedere ma non può neanche definirsi pericoloso. Da migliorare qualche dettaglio nelle pulizie ma sicuramente è un posto da consigliare.

It was perfect.

The location was 10 out of 10. Right above the Midi Railway station. You can come from anywhere in Europe and walk into the Hotel. Was busy fro uber to pick up or drop off front of hotel as the road was too b busy. The room was very clean and tidy. The sun was awesome! Even though the front desk mentioned sauna was open 24 hours, it is not true.
