Great location for those wanting to catch a flight out from Brussels. The pillow was super plush and comfy, a welcome change from the flat pillows experienced in other hotels.

We had a traumatic event at the Brussels Midi station, and the staff at the Pullman were professional, efficient, and very helpful. Special thanks to the security man who knocked on my hotel room door, and made sure I had coat and purse, and made sure I got out safely. They were helpful in getting us back into the hotel when the police gave the all safe signal, and there was such a huge crowd of people rushing to get in. Your staff were wonderful.

Staff at check in rude and dismissive. Paid up front and then when I left I checked my bank account and tried to charge me not once but twice! Expedia also took money for a cancel booking for this 3 day stay and refuse to refund it even though hotel agree as they didn’t get money… so won’t be using Expedia or staying here again.. the manager of Pullman, was helpful once I finally got ahold of them but again the check in guy never bother to even tell her and I had to follow up and demand to speak to her!
