Pullman Brussels Centre Midi

The Pullman is literally in the station which was extremely convenient. As a solo traveler, I was concerned that this might be a little sketchy, but it turned out to be perfectly fine

strategic location. train station is busy and can travel to any part of europe conveniently

Unfortunately I received bed bug bites at this hotel. It was a nice hotel and didn't realize I had the bites until I got home from my flight today.

Great stay; easy connection to local or international trains. Room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Highly recommend for traveling between Belgium and beyond.

This is right next to metro/train station. We had to park our car in the parking garage but had to walk 3 minutes back with luggage. Dirty in the surrounding areas. Our bathroom toilet wouldnt work, we had to call 4 times for them to send maintenance to be able to use our restroom.

We had chosen this hotel due to its proximity to Brussels Midi (Zuid) train station when we thought we'd be taking the train into Brussels. When we rented the car, I shoild have chnaged our hotel to one closer to the Centrum. There were positives. The staff is first class and well-trained. When we requested a desk fan for the room, we had one within 15 minutes. The cleaning staff was also quite helpful. It's right at the train station, so getting around by train or tram is very easy. There are also a lot of fast food and coffee options in the station. The negatives outweighed the positives for us. The area around the hotel is strewn with trash. The lobby smells like they spray Axe everywhere. The bed was like sleeping on a slab and the WC was like sitting in an EZ Bake Oven. There was no way to get up in the middle of the night to use the facilities without waking your partner.

I stayed at Pullman Brussels Midi (19–20 Aug) and had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. When I arrived, the air conditioning in my room was completely broken, and the room was unbearably hot with no way to open a window. I immediately contacted reception and maintenance, but nothing was done. The only person who came was a staff member in a security t-shirt who checked the thermostat, said someone else would fix it, and left. No one ever showed up. After several calls, I was finally told that the AC was faulty and could not be repaired until the next day, and there were no other rooms available. Reception offered no solution whatsoever—not even a fan or a room change—just “noting it in the system.” That’s not what you expect from a Pullman or any 4-star hotel. I barely slept, the air was suffocating, and honestly it felt like the hotel did not care at all about guest comfort or health. As an Accor loyalty member who has stayed here before, I’m extremely disappointed. This stay was a complete waste of money, and I will never return. Avoid this hotel at all costs—terrible service, zero accountability, and no basic comfort provided.

I really want a window that opens so I am connected to real air. Not here.

The hotel is excellent. It is above the Brussels Midi Train Station, so it is very convenient for traveling to other cities/towns. It is a 22-minute walk to the Grand Place, which is a little far from the tourist attractions and top restaurants.
