Pullman Brussels Centre Midi

I had a genuine issue with a train ticket and was given assurance that they will work with Expedia

Excellent staff and smart looking in the public areas but our room looked tired, the doors looked like someone had broken in and the air con was broken. The staff did their best to remedy, provided fans (and free slippers) as the hotel was full so no room to move to. At checkout the reception said they would pay the city tax on our behalf as an apology but the cost still appeared on my credit card bill. Location was good for Eurostar and the room wasn’t expensive, if rather hot in the heatwave.

Excellent place to stay near the Midi Train station

Excellent location, outstanding front desk service, restaurant in front serves best mussels buckets, convenient to transportation and free water for the room much appreciated! Clean amenities and best for Eurostar connections!

We had three rooms in total. The first room was the nicest but did not have any working Aircon. It was 30 degrees. We tried to call reception and tried the app, but no answer to either. We had to go down to reception to report it. We were moved to a smaller room, with a system which did blow air but was not cold. After an awful sticky night, we complained that it wasn't working. An hour and a half later someone told us we were moving. This time the Aircon did work better, it was an older system. The bedding was clean, but there was a large stain on the carpet and across the curtains. The divan sheet on all three beds were heavily stained. The attention to detail in the hotel was poor. Some reception staff were lovely, others were rude and patronising. We had been downgraded from our original room and not been compensated. We were offered no apology and not even a free drink. We stayed during an period of extremely hot weather, and without Aircon the building was just a massive glass box. I really would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel at Brussels Midi station. Good sized and comfortable room, and functional bathroom. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the spacious room and the excellent breakfast buffet! The proximity to Brussels Midi railway station makes this an ideal place to stay to explore Brussels and the neighboring places. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful!

Hotel is great and accommodating. Location is great for travel as it is attached to the train station. Service at the hotel was also great. The area is run down and the area seems prone to crime. We traveled mostly by car throughout Brussels so this was not a problem for us. If you are more of a walker/ backpacker be alert ⚠️.

First time in Brussels staying at the Pullman. Flew to Charleroi and got the flex bus which stops just round the corner The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked well Would stay here again

The room was clean and comfortable. It is advertised as an air-conditioned room but as a caution for future members, it's a centrally controlled system and the room does not go below 21 celsius which was sort of inconvenient in the June summer. However, the staff was cordial to accommodate with a portable fan and offer a free breakfast as a courtesy. Nevertheless, I do recommend the hotel to advertise the "air conditioning" system accordingly as this was misleading when we booked this stay.

Very good hotel, clean and modern. Effectively located within Brussels Midi Station, making it very convenient for guests with a train to catch. Easy public transport for Brussels Centre.

Great room for three. Plenty of room, comfy sofa bed, plenty of towels. Only drawback was its location. A little far to walk back and forth from the city center. Also, there is a lot of trash and smells on the surrounding area due to its proximity to the train station

Convenient to access at Gare Du Midi Station, however, air condition was very poor at the hotel, averaging 28°C during my stay, it felt very uncomfortable, I was later provided with a small fan that gave a slight relief. Otherwise everything else was fine.

There is no air-con in room. Need to request for fan to make it more bearable.

No working AC in a 4 star hotel is a joke
