La chambre est assez spacieuse et confortable. La literie est propre et le lit est refait quotidiennement. Toutefois, les serviettes n’ont été changées qu’une seule fois sur un séjour de quatre jours. J’ai dû moi-même demander leur remplacement, et l’on m’a indiqué qu’il n’y avait plus de grandes serviettes de bain disponibles, seulement des petites. Le personnel en charge du ménage ne vérifie pas les produits de toilette : les tubes de savon sont restés vides, le kit de douche n’est pas renouvelé chaque jour. La chambre est également assez froide, malgré la possibilité d’augmenter la température de 3 °C via le thermostat. Le chauffage semble ne fonctionner que la nuit, et encore, la pièce reste froide. Il n’y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain, ce qui rend le moment de la douche difficile. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est limité en choix, je trouve le prix un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé.

Fabulous room. Clean, so much storage, amazing shower. Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Beautiful hotel.

House keeping produces different no. of towels on different days, not really sound proof , still can hear some adult screaming and smell of weed in the lift lobby and through the air vent of the toilet.

Hôtel pratique pour les voyageurs en train. Salle de fitness peu équipée, sauna en libre service plutôt pratique, restaurant correct, chambre moderne, (très grand lit ok). Les prestations générales sont plus proches d'un 3 étoiles que d'un 4.

Chambre correcte mais finalement assez sonore au dessus des taxis de la gare. La vue est en biais et ne permet pas de voir grand chose du 7ème étage. L'atomium visible au loin est sympathique. Mais finalement, la vue qu'avaient nos enfants de l'autre côté, au 9ème, était mieux (pour un prix de chambre moindre: nous on avait la nespresso en plus, mais pas plus, il nous semble). Le sauna est un petit plus, et peu de clients y vont. Mais il est très chaud (on est pourtant des habitués). Le petit déj est correct, sans plus. Peu de variété, de produits chic. La confiture par exemple est plus riche en sucre qu'en fruits. Il n'y a pas de légumes cuits hormis les champignons (tomates ?). Le pain avec les raisins était bon. Les cuisiniers ont du mal à maintenir les aliments en nombre. De nombreux clients doivent réclamer pour regarnir. Accueil prévenant et checkout également efficace, avec la même personne. Et c'est pratique quand on arrive en train d'être si près, et de pouvoir laisser les valises à la bagagerie.

The hotel is just inside the midi station. Its clean and nice, but be careful around the environment, staff are very helpful.

The room was clean, spacious enough to feel cozy. Very friendly and professional receptionist. A a variety of options for breakfast. First time at this hotel, i would definitely recommend. Stayed for 5 days.

The hotel didn’t meet our expectations. We stayed at a Pullman in Auckland and the Brussels one is a two against its five out of five. Check in was slow with only one member of staff allowed to check in, who was on a long call with someone wanting a refund. Few staff spoke good English. The hotel felt tired and dated with smallish rooms. The breakfast was underwhelming. The only benefit is that it is steps away from the Channel Tunnel trains.

Very nice hotel conveniently located in the train station.

Extremely convenient because we were only staying for one night so being attached to the train station was ideal. The room itself was fine.

Conveniently located within the station, great transport links. 30 mins walk to centre. Clean and spacious rooms. Good sound-proofing, with black-out curtains. Daily housekeeping. Bathroom had a bathtub with showerheads. Can be difficult to climb in and out of bath (short legs!). Water temperature and pressure great. Toilet is separate, but sink to wash hands is in bathroom. Room had a mini-fridge that chilled well, and a safe. Overall, would stay here again.

The air conditioning was broke, boiling hot in our room at a constant 30 degrees, the maintenance staff had to turn it off completely . The staff were polite and helpful and the hotel was very good
