Pullman Brussels Centre Midi

I was there with family . The hotel is conveniently located right next to Brussels Middi station and other transport options like FlixBus. CleanMany attractions like the Manniekens, Royal Palace of Brussels etc are in walking distance. Lot of excellent food options near by, for example , JOE LA FRITTERS serves excellent freshly made chicken sandwiches. Walk further towards Manniekens and you will see many restaurants lined up on either side of the road. Just be careful in the bathroom, our room was in brand new condition and the bathroom floor got super slippery with slight drop of water. Other than that, it’s an excellent place to stay.

It was amazing , more than expected Comfort and convenient

Our stay was comfortable and we found the room to be very clean. The staff were friendly.

The lady who checked me in was really nice and very helpful. However, staff who worked on the next shifts needs to work on their attention to detail. Mentioned about my air condition in the room doesn't seem to work and explain3d temperature doesn't drop down to 25 degrees and it was hot. She mentioned they didn't have any maintenance it but they will have a look. Went outside for few hours and came back still the same so I came back down and ask for an update but the lady has no clue about it. Then I think they asked the security to have a lool but can't do anything about it. Didn't even offer a room move and it was hot days when I stayed.

L'accueil a été excellent et nous avons trouvé dans notre chambre une carte de bienvenue avec de beaux mots de bienvenue écrits par Stacey, accompagnée d'une boisson et de biscuits belges. La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée et excellente. Nous remercions toute l'équipe de la réception, du restaurant et du personnel de chambre pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Bruxelles et un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel. J'espère y retourner prochainement.

Access to train was great. Surrounding area is very sketchy. We walked to the Grand Place and witnessed a woman physically assaulting another woman. Didn't feel safe to walk back afterwards.

Quick one night stay to catch an early Euro star train so The Pullman entrance inside the train station a few meters from the Eurostar area was fantastic and the reception staff were really good and helpful.

L’hotel est a coté de la gare. Il y a une porte communiquante entre les 2. C’est parfait pour aller a paris, londres ou dans les villes avoisinantes. J'ai eu quelques petits problème avec certains membres du personnel mais ça a été réglé bien vite. Aussi les tasses sont rincées a la va vite. Je ne sais pas pourquoi les femmes de chambres ne les mets pas au la vaisselle . Les recoins de la baignoires ont besoin d’un peu d’amour. Il n’y a pas de prise USB pour recharger les cellulaires Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Je recommande cet hotel. En gros je suis satisfaite de mon sejour

The outside of the property around the station was dirty, the location is convenient the breakfast was lovely and the allowed an hour early check in. The check in staff were all friendly and helpful.

Comfy beds

Our accommodation was average but location very convenient which worked for our short stay. The room had no USB for phone charging so had to use our own plugs which were limited. The washroom slide door was very difficult to open and close (stiff on slides). My wife could not open or close it.Otherwise this place ticked all the boxes for our short visit.

We had a great stay at Pullman when we visited Brussel for the first time. The hotel itself is supernice, with spacious rooms and tasty breakfast. Its location on Brussel Midi makes it ideal when arriving the city by train. Its a 20 minute walk to Grand Place, but the Metro is right next door if you prefer that way of transport. Highly recomended hotel!

The bathroom light kept flickering. The room temperature was very high and could not cool it down. Staff was nice.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were kind and helpful. I don’t remember the name of the woman who checked me in, but she was amazing and made me feel so welcomed. I’d absolutely stay here again!

It's very impressive that other reviewers' suggestions for improvement were addressed immediately. - Accessible from the back door. Located inside a train station, it's convenient for getting straight to the hotel even if you arrive late. The station is accessible by both the Belgian and Eurostar trains, and many nearby attractions are within easy reach. However, some areas around the station are a bit unsightly.

Our Eurostar was arriving late so we just wanted a hotel close to the station to crash, so we could get the kids to bed as quickly as possible. The hotel is in the train station so couldn’t be more convenient. Unfortunately our room was not made up at 10.50pm! We had to call housekeeping to bring bedding and make up the bed for the kids. That was a bit frustrating. The room itself was perfectly pleasant - a lovely, comfortable large king size bed and a decent sofa bed for the kids. In the morning we couldn’t get in the lift (we were on the third floor). We ended up walking down the stairs with our luggage after several full lifts passed us by. We left our luggage at the hotel - that was super convenient. This is a decent hotel and convenient for the station.

Great location with friendly staff

Great for a stopover or few days, unfortunately the area around the hotel let's the hotel down and while not a fault of the hotel it unfortunately leaves a bad impression.
