Lovely room and testey

Place is immaculate. The staff from the reception to housekeeping to the bar are all great. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but from what I can see, the food looks great too.

Everything was excellent

Really cool hotel. The large room and bathroom were clean and tidy.My wife enjoyed the spa.It included a Nespresso machine & mini fridge.Staff were helpful & friendly.

Dock side view is debatable . You face the tabbco ware house (building site ) The hotel is stunning very clean amazing breakfast. Be warned if you want to use the spa / pool you should see if it is available before booking. As members staff use it in the morning and there is only space for 16 people. The staff for spa need to work on communication better.

The Spa was not worth anything. Spa staff was rude. We had to book yet found the spa overcrowded, cold and nowhere to relax. The coldness was highlighted to staff who simply shrug, responding 'I dont know'. The mens changing room was a mess with dirty robes and towels shrewn across floor and bench. Why have a booking system? I would use this hotel again.

Very good menu selection at breakfast and dinner. Food was of very good quality and value for money. The bedroom was spacious and scrupulously clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Personal gripe was the Service Charge automatically added to the dinner bill in the restaurant. There were no issues when I asked for it to be removed. I then gave a tip, in cash, at a percentage of my choosing. The way it should be.

We stayed in a superior dockside room and it was exceptional. Very spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The food selection at breakfast was great and the staff went above and beyond to provide a gluten free selection for my wife who has coeliacs. The hotel is located across the road from the Everton stadium. Prepay the £10 per day parking and you can come and go as often as you like. Only minor drawback was the £30 charge to use the pool area which put us off using it.

Large clean and comfortable room

Surprised to see very little fresh fruit available at breakfast, plus the black pudding wasn’t on the serving area, it was a specific order! Be careful about costs at the overflow car park, the machine tried to charge us £25 to park 3pm to 10.30am. System worked on a 24hr day basis and we’d been there 2days on the system. I telephoned the hotel to have it sorted so I only paid £10.

Prachtige kamer, zeer ruim. Ontbijt was ook zeer lekker en ruim assortiment.

Terrible night sleep with broken window

Great breakfast, lovely room

Rooms are amazing so spacious and stylish. Staff are always so helpful and friendly. We love everything about the titanic and stay here every time we visit Liverpool which is normally around 4-5 times a year. Thank you all
