Really enjoyed our stay, from start to finish everything was great, lady on the reception was friendly, the spa staff were friendly, great room, great bar and great food. I would definitely return

Hotel was clean, rooms attractive, food excellent.
The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is it is very close to a football ground that has two days of rugby games on the Saturday and Sunday we were there, which resulted in some road closures around the hotel made parking slightly difficult - had we known about this when booking, we may well have booked somewhere different.

Every time we stay here, we are always delighted with how nice it is! I genuinely couldn’t fault it in anyway at all, which is why we keep coming back! The rooms are perfect, staff always so polite and helpful and the spa, food and drink are amazing!

Immense room! Felt very luxurious as do the super wide corridors.
It was spotless and comfortable.
Staff amazing.
Would have liked a bit of mood lighting in the bathroom so my soak in the tub could be more relaxing, but that’s a minor point :)
Also there was an uncollected room service tray outside our door when we arrived at our room, which I guess could have been put there by another guest.
Gutted I didn’t bring my swimmers to use the pool!

Due to a functiom at the hotel and then other guests we got no sleep on the first night. The hotel moved us rooms for the second night but our night's sleep was disturbed again by a fire alarm around 3am.

Spent one evening there while visiting Liverpool. A bit out of the way, but a lovely large room on the old docks. The problem was that prior to 8am, construction on the restaurant below began. Jackhammers, drilling, hammering, you name it. Why would they give you that room without a warning?? I mentioned it to the desk upon checking out and was told to have a nice day. Not what I expect at these prices.

The atmosphere and relative value for a 4 star hotel make this worth the stay. The carpet in my room had stains, including a fairly large one, which took away from the otherwise clean and spacious room. The hotel is a little out of the city center, so it is difficult without a car.

Very enjoyable stay. Fantastic room, very large and comfortable. My only thing negative was that the AC didn't go cold enough for us, but we do like a cool room to sleep in, so that is personal preference. It went to 19 degrees, but seemed to struggle to do that, so not convinced it actually did. But we still slept and the bed was very comfortable.

Subject: Formal Complaint: Unacceptable Early Morning Noise Disruption – Rooms 103–105 30.06.2026
Dear Titanic Hotel Liverpool Management Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable noise disruption during my recent stay at your hotel on 30.06.26 I was staying in Room 103 and 105 under booking reference At 06:40 AM, I was abruptly woken up by the loud sounds of workmen drilling and banging within the property. This persistent noise completely disrupted my sleep and ruined what was expected to be a relaxing stay at a four-star hotel.06:40 AM is an entirely unreasonable hour for any guest to endure construction or maintenance noise, let alone without any prior warning or apology from the hotel staff. A quiet, comfortable night's sleep is the most fundamental service a hotel provides, and the Titanic Hotel failed to deliver that on this occasion. Due to this severe lack of consideration for paying guests, I request that you investigate this matter immediately. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter. Yours sincerely shane evans
